In fact, the podiatrist I saw before seeing him told me it would be a way worse surgery than Dr. Goforth suggested it would be. As soon as Dr. Goforth saw me, he told me exactly what he could do, how he would fix it, and how often he did the procedure I would need. He was super patient with me when I was unsure of scheduling and understanding that I had to bring my toddler into my consult. As long as I live in the Grand Valley, this will be the person I go to, to solve my foot and ankle problems. The receptionist is a total sweetheart and was patient with my toddler, despite her not being on her best behavior due to her being, well, a toddler. She is super prompt returning phone calls and goes the extra mile to make you feel listened to and cared for.

They suggested multiple times about giving injections as the treatment even though I expressed that would not be an option for me. I purchased and wore a foot boot and metatarsel pads from this office (expensive) and still had crippling pain. I came back for a second visit and had a leision (karatosis) scraped and burned from the bottom of my left foot with the understanding that it would take care of this little hard ball of tissue. It cost $112.50 (office visit) + $143.94 (karatosis). The treatment this office provided failed and I guess they feel like their treatments may or may not work according to their office manager. I guess this practice's mentality is keep them coming back at OVER $250.00 / visit and we will "try" another treatment. The Office Manager even accusatively mentioned how I canceled my 3rd appointment, like it was somehow my fault that the leasion removal treatment, performed by San Juan Foot Center, was do to me not attending the third appointment. Appauling. San Juan Foot Center has billed out OVER $500.00 for 2 visits and accomplished very little and had failing treatments in helping my issues.
