I was very disappointed. I'd researched Dr. Miles before, she generally received positive reviews…read morefrom other patients. She walked in the exam room said, 'Hello. Dr. Miles. What seems to be the problem?" I said, "Good morning, my name, how are you?"... "What brings you in today, Mrs. __?". She hadn't even made eye contact with me yet as she immediately went to the computer. When she finally looked at me, it was with impatience. I began explaining why I came in. She interrupted me and asked her question again, I guess I wasn't going fast enough. To be honest, my feelings were hurt by this point and I'd already made up in my mind that I would be seeing another professional for podiatry issues. I remained for the duration of the appointment as I had already paid my copay. I won't subject myself to her unwarranted maltreatment again, however. She began examining my foot. I explained my big toenail had fallen off. She asked if I'd polished the skin after the toenail fell off. I said no, that is the polish that was on when the toenail fell off. She asked the same question again. I assumed I didn't understand so I asked what do you mean. She very rudely restated the question louder. Now I was mad. I curtly said, "Why would I do that?" She looked shocked and all of a sudden found her manners. She began explaining things that she'd previously just brushed past. She attempted to joke and call me 'girl' in a friendly way. She attempted to improve the interaction when she was treated with the same rudeness she was giving but the damage had been done. My main problem is through all of that and me explaining again that the toenail was already painted, it wasn't addressed. She quickly declared that it was skin, I can feel it and tell that it is pieces of toenail remaining on the toe bed. For EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I'd asked about the toe, her response was, "It will grow back", My concern isn't whether or not it will grow back but what to do about the pieces that remain that aren't attached to the new toenail. I didn't trust her. So I didn't continue asking questions as I didn't feel she had any interest in providing care to me. I'll be seeking an opinion from another facility. We all have bad days, and maybe I caught her on a bad day. I hope that was the case. Either way, I'd hoped for better from a fellow sister.

This place provided the absolute WORST experience…read more First let me tell you how their currently setup for handicap patients is. It's a ramp on the side door (a heavy windowless black door at that) that is difficult to open and hold on to someone in a wheelchair at the same time then no one from the office staff is willing to get off their lazy, trifling behinds to come assist a patient in a wheelchair trying to get in. My mom has trouble walking so requires a wheelchair 98% of the time. Well the day of my mom's appointment it was raining that morning so I asked one of the ladies in the office if she could assist me with getting my mom in. Her response "I don't want to get wet and I don't have an umbrella". I told her I have an umbrella if you like you can use it but just help me. She went back into the office then came back and said "we're not supposed to be touching the patients". I told her you don't have to touch her just hold the door open while I get her in, I was still told no. So I went out to try to get my mom in on my own but was having major trouble due to it being wet and slippery, plus trying to hold on to my moms wheelchair while trying to get and hold the door open. I called the office staff again to ask if someone else could just come and hold the door but was hung up on. After a few minutes of fighting to get in with no assistance I realized any doctor that employs just any pathetic, selfish, uncaring trash off the streets wasn't worth the efforts and left. The fact that these types of individuals are working in the healthcare field hurts me because it shows it has officially been taken over by uncaring guttersnipes looking to make a quick buck with no regards for the folks they should be caring for. I will not be returning to this office not for my mother or myself and I would advise others to avoid this place also because as far as office staff it is a pit stop for all low level, foul creatures looking for a pay check with no care for the patients, just the absolute WORST!!!!!.

Dr Le has an excellent bedside manner he is a very kind person, but the issue is with billing and…read morecharging for unnecessary medical equipment that didn't fix the problem. I am living of a fixed income and on every visit I have told them Please DONT do ANYTHING THAT WILL COST ME OUT OF POCKET !!! I have plantar fasciitis and was charged for a ankle brace , that I told him I didn't think was necessary to get because I believe I already had one at home that he had given to me before. His response was let's put this one on , the insurance will pay for it and if you have one at home now you will have two, and I could use to put on the other foot. The brace did not help, it is design for the ankle and not plantar fasciitis. On two different other occasions I received one steroid shot and they didn't work . I spoke to Medicare and according to them I am not to be charged any co-pay on the QMB, and I was charged a portion for that as well. I followed his instructions and the problem still exist my foot is not better , I then made another appointment to see if I can get a prescription for ibuprofen to alleviate some of the inflammatory information in my foot . The appointment was set for 10:30 AM, I sat in the waiting area for an hour and 30 minutes and still had not been seen by the doctor so I left. The person that works in billing is FLIP and refused to speak to the doctor OR give out her managers name about the billing issues ... I have always made it clear DO NOT give me any services that will cost me OUT OF POCKET because I simply don't have it .I am never going back
