This place is an absolute scam. This is the worst experience as far as a business and medical I…read morehave ever witnessed in my life. The 5 star reviews on their websites are from employees . Research Aspen dental before you get work done. These people are criminals. I had my temp teeth fall out 3 times. , I was fraudulently put on care credit, without my authorization. I was misled, and lied to. There are hundreds of groups on many different platforms. Do your research and see 1,000 stories just like mine. I am making it a mission to warn people of this company. I have recently filed a Complaint to Ohio dental board and am working on a lawsuit. If I could give ~100 star review I would. Unfortunately, it won't let me give below a 1 star rating. This is a dental chop shop.

I was told I haven't been seen in 2+ years so I would have to have a cleaning before I could be seen for my gums. I made it anyway and showed up about 5-10 minutes early. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone which lasted about another 5ish minutes. When asked about my insurance I had forgotten it had just changed (through my parents work) and hadn't received my card but I could call to ask for the name. I called my mom and she had to look it up which would only take about two minutes so she hung up to look. The receptionist asks how long that would be and I told her only a few minutes. Immediately after she said I would have to reschedule because I was "late" already or I could pay out of pocket $250. I told her I'd reschedule and when I tried telling her a day that would work she'd interrupt me to say she had other times that same day. The moment she got off of the phone both her tone and demeanor were rude. I left very upset and very in pain and I will definitely not be going back.

Very clean and modern dentist in Perrysburg, OH. The office is centrally located to town, right…read morebehind Walt Churchills Market. It's very bright and the interior is decorated with all of the dentist's own paintings. Appointments are run extremely efficiently - I've never had an appt start late. The team is very welcoming and kind. I have BCBS/Anthem insurance and they accept it. Tina is my hygienist and she is the sweetest lady. She makes every appointment enjoyable. They also offer a variety of flavors for your cleaning - orange, strawberry, vanilla, and mint. I've never had a choice before - definitely recommend the vanilla. The dentist is very nice and takes good care of you. I've never felt scammed or pressured (as with previous dentists offices). Overall, I'm very happy here and plan to stay as long as I'm in town

-I had been going there for around 6 years.I lost my ins. and they told me when I arrived. they…read moresaid it would be @$600 so I left. I am 66 and NEVER had a cavity or anything done since wisdom teeth at 20. at 58 I got on disability due to 40 years of being a carpenter taking its toll. I went in for cleanings again no issues until this jan. I wasnt told my ssi didnt cover cleanings there until AFTER they did it. $225!! I self paid $75 for years for a simple scrape and buff NO problems. At first visit, they said my teeth were worn but they could not do anything, NP.They took initial x-rays for new patients, normal but continued this for some unknown reason .then they started measuring my teeth too! anything to boost the bill?? so last visit I notice a new addition started and guess what?? NOW they can do a repair. They put me in a room for an estimate and handed me a $225 bill for the cleaning saying I had no ins. Why not tell me before like they did the first time??? Being out of work for 2 years suffering 6 heart episodes, dying once, getting a pacemaker, both shoulders getting replaced, an 18 yr old hernia finally fixed and fighting off diabetes, I AM BROKE. They give me a $2500 est. for more un-needed un-asked for expensive work! I had to put the $225 on a credit card and I eft feeling raped! a few days later I get a bill for another $180 for those X-rays I never wanted. so I asked that they remove that portion due to financial distress but was told I HAD to pay $20 monthy bill OR get turned over to a collection agency! WOW, so over $400 ripoff for the new addition? This is whats wrong with the medical industry. Do what I asked for NOT what makes you the most money. BE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE BEFORE YOU GET A MONSTER BS BILL R.S.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I walked in got my cleaning and at the end i was told my insurance…read moredidn't cover the fluoride so i could pay for it out of pocket if i wanted. I respectfully declined and went on with the appt. I went in for cavity and jaw pain on my right side. X-rays were taken, and "tests" were given. Dr. Grewal knocked on my teeth with a metal rod (the tooth that was very painful) and then proceeded to grab a clear tube that looked like a needle. I was not there for anything that required a needle so i asked what it was. i was ignored multiple times. She then shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth holding my head back to the chair and i tried turning my head to ask again what it was and she responded with "it's cold". I'm sorry but COLD doesn't come in tube form. She proceeds to DROP THE TUBE ONTO THE FLOOR!!!!!! SHE DIDNT EVEN WIPE IT OFF AND STARTED RUBBING IT ONTO THE CAVITY FILLED TOOTH. THE FLOOOR!!!! WHERE OTHER PEOPLES SHOES AND MOUTH GUNK WAS ALL OVER!! I was pissed so i left, she recommended that i do salt water rinses and that she will fill a random other cavity in my mouth but not the one i went there for, even tho this tooth has been a "problem" in my chart since 2021! oh, and don't let me forget to pay $350 for a night guard that i don't even need but was recommended to me (: and to buy new tooth paste because that will fix my CAVITY. Holding me to the chair is WILD. THE FLOOR TUBE, EVEN MORE WILD. NOT TELLING ME WHAT YOURE PUTTING IN MYYYYY MOUTH IS CRAZYYYYYY! side note, the walls were covered in water drips so iknow that floor couldn't have been any better. To the hygienist that asked if she should get a new mysterious tube, good for you but push harder next time. I have autoimmune so i'm glad to have all those germs placed right into an infected tooth NEVER GOING BACK

I haven't had a single filling done since switching dentists, and in the short amount of time I was with Grewal, I had over 4. The women who worked upfront were also rude and would change appointment times without informing. The dental hygienists were lovely and I hope they moved on. I'm unsure as to why there hasn't been a lawsuit yet.
