Could not be better!…read more "I had a very complicated divorce case. As an immigrant married to an abusive American, was hard to find someone that will take my case. What I can say is that I was represented better than I could have ever imagined for Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky. His office was highly professional and responsive. My needs were put first and were treated as a friend rather than just a client. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My emails always answered in no time and I can't remember any occasion that I called him and he could not talk to me. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. He did walk me through depositions, questionnaires and everything else. Sometimes little people that don't have money don't receive so much attention from their attorneys, but in my case (and I am sure this happens with each of his customers) Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky and his team fought hard for me. He always took a pragmatic approach to law and don't over complicate things unnecessarily. With that said, if a matter is complex they are very capable of handling it with success. He went above and beyond with very good strategies and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney. If you ever need someone that has decades of experience and can handle your case with maximum competence I will say call Mr. Christopher Tomaszicky office and schedule a consultation. Thank you so much, guys. You are the best!!!" Rose

If you've ever watched Suits you'll understand when…read moreI say William Barnwell is basically a combination of all of the positive traits in Harvey Spector and Mike Ross. On the same day that a warrant was issued for my arrest, he worked expeditiously to arrange a walk-in arraignment for the following day. His diligence, proactive approach, and exceptional negotiation skills, resulted in my charge being dropped from a 5 year felony down to a 1 year misdemeanor. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I entered one of the most terrifying and depressing periods of my life as a result of some extremely poor decisions. That being said, the best choice I could have made was to entrust my life in the hands of William Barnwell. From my first phone call to his office, which he personally answered, until the conclusion of my case, my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. He is non-judgmental, an extremely attentive listener, and laid out each stage of my case in a straightforward, understandable manner, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. He was always accessible to answer my many questions and address my concerns, and he did so with great patience and grace. His prompt communication and sincerity made me feel more at ease and alleviated my stress during this highly emotional process. He handled my case with the utmost professionalism and care. This attorney is a top notch leader in his field but he will not nickel and dime you like many do. He was upfront & transparent about his fees and provided them at a flat rate, which was affordable, and most definitely well worth every penny! I am profoundly grateful for William Barnwell and his services. I recommend him in the utmost highest regard.

Tim Doty is by far the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. We hired him to take our…read morecase, not only did he not file the paperwork on time the court did not have him as attorney of record. We spoke with him the day before our appearance in court and he told us what would happen and that he would meet us there. The day of court he would not answer his phone or respond to any texts. His phone then went straight to voicemail. Two days later he responded to say he had kidney stones. For us that was a little late since this was a custody hearing for our child. He was always hard to make contact with and his lack of response is ridiculous. He made our case a joke. His assistant is just as bad as he is. I would not EVER recommend TIM DOTY to do any kind of legal work. After days with no response, he did refund our retainer but that was after we stated that we will be filing a complaint with MI State Board Association.

He gave me a direct cell number, and replied to EVERY panicked, confused, & questioning text that I sent his way. For at least 3/4 months until I was scheduled for court, I just know I was getting on his nerves, but he remained patient and reassuring. I happened upon him by a random google search so I could read reviews. I saw all good things, so I contacted him. When the time came to go to court, he was going to delegate me to an employee. I panicked & he rearranged it so that he, personally, would go to court with me. I appreciate and am so grateful for everything Cy did for me, beginning to end. I hope to never have to call him again but if I do, or if I can recommend him to someone else, Cy Abdo will be my call.
