They wanted to charge me $150.00. The lawyer said he would reimburse me. The doctors took 19 months to send SOME of the records. But would only send them to my other doctor!! That doctor sent them to the attorney. It still wasn't ALL of them. The attorney then, sent me a letter saying "I don't think this is a SLAM DUNK" and he won't be able to take my case, because now there wasn't enough time to hire enough specialist, but I was free to call another attorney. His assistant told me to call Mike Morse back, I messaged him again, I thought I was chatting with him, he said to call the office. Whoever answered, said there's nothing they can do because they already referred me out once. So, now I'm stuck with permanent nerve damage from a doctor who performed back surgery on me, and he wasn't even a surgeon?? And there isn't a damn thing I can do about it.

My call was seeking representation from Americans with Disabilities Act violation where I was denied Public Accommodation and Public Accessibility. The first person offered to help me file a claim with the VA and stated they don't do any cases with ADA Violations. I had to read the Morgan & Morgan web page stating they don't do. Then I was passed to another individual who also said they do not do ADA cases. Again, read the web page to them. Now passed to a third individual who asks many questions then states that Morgan & Morgan isn't the best fit but she will send me links to attorneys in my area. What I received were links to attorneys in Nashville (3 hours away) even though I specified more than once that I am in Knoxville.

Missed the next two days of work. My husband called the emergency line at our Drs office because our friend send my breathing was labored and I needed to go back to the hospital. The Dr said to take me to the hospital he was admitting me. When I got back to the hospital they did a CT it was a ruptured appendix this is now Wednesday 2am and the same Dr who thought I was a drug seeker. I was now very ill with sepsis and 2 days in ICU after surgery and 7 weeks recovery. My husband called Sam because my appendix didn't need to rupture and the person who answered the phone said we didn't have a case because I didn't die or have any permanent damage. I beg to differ.
