Now my first Lawyer with the firm Josh Syme was the one to get my case after the first visit. Now josh was waiting till after the new year to use the rest of his paid holidays and vacation days and then tell the firm that he was resigning. Well because Josh wasnt in the workin mood, my new file just sat until after the new year when I called to complain because no one had called me in almost 2 months. So I call to talk to Josh and they are oh so sorry that this happened and that a new lawyer Paul Rosen would be contacting me. Now a few weeks later this man wants to have me come in so we may go over my case, By this time 3 months passed from the first visit. So I come to the firm and sit down with Paul and all this guy wants to do is babble on about nonsense and tell me how him and his wife and family went to mexico and on his way back to the US they stopped at Duty Free and picked up a bunch of bottles of alcohol because they are so much cheaper at duty free and he can bring them back. FIRST off I HATE drinkers because my dad was a abusive drunk and my grandpa drank his life away, And Second I dont drink. Now my thing is this if I have a workers comp case and I call my Lawyer Crying that the back of my arm feels like it is ripping and tearing that they would show a little compassion. Nope not Paul Rosen, even though I went and seen there doctor for my IME which cost $600 a month before. So if I will at some point in my case be charged for my IME then how come it is so hard to send me back to this doctor who is representing my case. Paul told me that his Firm will not pay for me to see the doctor again, WAIT how come I cant see the doctor im paying for and let him check out my arm so that all the issues with my arms are corrected by the Company that messed them up. Now Paul and I are on the phone for a while and at one point in the conversation he gets all loud and says "NOW YOU LISTEN HERE" and this is where I started Recording the phone call. I have audio of this man talking to me like im nothing and telling me hes to old for this crap. If hes to old for this crap then that explains why he was always asking me the same questions over and over, he even sent a letter asking me when I had a procedure, That I never had LOL. My advise is to steer away from this money hungry firm that lies and manipulates to get what they want. And if you think your a victim and go and see these people DONT because they will talk to you any way that they want and VICTIMIZE you even more. What added insult to injury was the fact that Gene Called me and left a msg not saying how he was sorry this man treated me like garbage but to tell me that Mr Rosen is taking himself off my case and that the courts will let me have a couple weeks to get a new lawyer. If they simply filled for the SSI type disabily benefits, I would have been entitled to more then half of my settlement recently which I was approved for in May 2026. Because of there mistake I lost out in back pay. In fact they could have filled for both SSI & SSDI at the same time in March 2025. One case doesn't effect the other 100%. DON`T HIRE THEM.
