Love the rustic decor on this tree

So I've seen this store a dozen or more times but had not actually stepped inside. Christmas stores are something I intend to visit at Christmas - that's about it. My mom loves Christmas all year so she'd be all about it but last weekend I was spending some time shopping in Smithfield and decided to go inside, I'm glad I did. I was warmly greeted by one of the employees when I walked in the door who said if I needed anything to simply ask. I found a treasure trove of goodies. Yes, mostly Christmas, but there were seasonal Halloween items (my favorite holiday) out as well all throughout and the Christmas decorations are really really cute. Since the whole store is primarily dedicated to Christmas that is what you'll mostly find but I bet there is something for everyone - the entire wall to the right is glass ornaments of every kind - there are trees and home decor in the middle - odds and ends throughout - and then the left wall has a bunch of wooden carvings, shelf and home decor and artisan pieces. I loved it - I'll be back around the holidays for sure to find some gems. Another reason to love Smithfield!

This is a fantastic holiday themed store that is open year round and has literally every Christmas/holiday type thing you can think of and many that never knew you needed! From ornaments to decorations and everything in between, if you are looking for a specific type of item, you are sure to find it here! Every time I step inside the Christmas Store, I am transported into the holiday spirit no matter the time of year! If you are a holiday lover, looking for that one gift item that is perfect for your recipient, or you just want to stroll around a beautiful store, head over to the Christmas Shop!

The storeowner is bound to greet you when you come in and everyone working there is really nice. I always wondered how a Christmas store, in Smithfield of all places, can manage to stay open all year long, but after walking around I guess I get it. They have the neatest and most comprehensive collection of tree ornaments I've seen. They have ornaments for any interest or walk of life. My girlfriend bought three of them as presents. Of all the shops on Main St, we stayed at this one the longest and it was my favorite.
