They came out and replaced some defective siding, however, they covered half of the trailer with a tarp for a week while they fixed it. No credit for the inconvenience. A little pricey($1800/mo+monthly electric bill) for what you get but enjoyed our stay while we were there. Just not a long-term rental place, in my opinion.

With a large RV we were able to navigate the route into the park and into our site. Hookup was easy and we settled in quite fast. Location: Although Cocoa may not seem like a 'happening' location, it was nice and quiet for our stay. Lots of campers/RVs in the park and no noise. Barely seen anyone else to be honest. Bathrooms: Clean every day. Showers: Clean and water was nice and hot Cost: Appropriate cost for the season, which could have been higher since the snow birds are settling in right now and that's when the rates go up. Staff: super friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this park! Call ahead of time to reserve a spot because as we are finding out, places fill quickly.

Low flying until 1 a.m. -Affordable - decent pool and plenty of activities -ADA pier - Wi-Fi -sand fleas (?) because the sites are sandy, our feet are all kinds of bitten up! (sandals) I am a bit curious about the check in process... it's a bit like Fort Knox. There are guards taking hour information behind bullet proof glass, passing papers and exchanges through a tiny slot under the bottom. What kind of area are we in? Not at all a "howdy friend" kind of welcome. Oh, and when a customer asks about moving sites at check in, please don't say it is because your full when you aren't. Especially when we can see the park is 1/2 empty. That is just a lie which leaves an unpleasant interaction in the memory.

Linda and Del are great, very friendly and reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, right on the water with great views. The sunrises are spectacular! And the dolphin are almost always playing around in the channel. They have full hook ups, including 50 AMP service, WI-FI, cable hook ups, showers and on site laundry facilities if you need them. So, whether your stay is for RV camping, fishing or renting one of their on site cabins, I recommend trying Mosquito Lagoon! It will be a fun stay.
