This is a small shop but I did find a unique ornament that I've never seen before...a beer flight (if you've read any of my reviews, you'll come across many beer flight photos, so this ornament was amazing)! It was a little pricey at $19 but because I've never seen it before, I had to get it. I also bought a Savannah magnet and it was also expensive at $10. The staff here are nice and friendly. The store, though cramped, is well organized and fun to browse. I did enjoy looking at all of the ornaments but I will say that everything is quite expensive.

I currently do so with the Berry and Thread, and Jardins Du Monde patterns. What I do notice is the new production of even the originals patterns are lighter in weight. I love the "heftiness" of my original now considered vintage Juliska. I understand that they may have reduced the materials in production, maybe due to cost of materials after the pandemic. You can see the foot ring on the front surface of some of the plates now. But I would be willing to pay an extra $10 dollars for the same substantial plates and bowls as the ones originally produced. The branding "Juliska" is also just stamped versus a raised appliqué, on the rear. But just as beautiful and good quality.

If I had a question they would provide a solution with care and not as if I was a bother like some other retail stores. It made me feel nostalgic for the older days of shopping. Carole at the register is so pleasant and calm. This kind of customer service was last felt when I went to Japan. Another reason I love coming to this location is the deals, merchandise, and coupons as a Hallmark member. Last year I had some ornaments in my online shopping cart and I waited too long to which resulted in them being sold and unavailable. When I found some time after the holidays, I wanted to use my free card coupon and didn't have much expectations with regard to holiday sales. Needless to say, I walked out with all the ornaments I wished for and then some for an even better deal than online! The boba, cheese, pokemon, cutesy ornaments etc. magically were available! I'm looking forward to the after holiday sales and my next visit. Happy with their customer service and selections.

Guess they don't trust their customers and don't want anyone's business. They didn't even try to conceal that's exactly what they were doing. I thought it was just us and I am horrified to see they are doing this to multiple people.
