It is a tourist trap kinda place and I think if you keep that in mind it may make it tolerable. Plan on being there for a while between the wait to get a table and then for the food to arrive. Dont get your hopes up and you will not be disappointed. If you are a food person then go somewhere else for a better quality meal. Being in the store provided a unique shopping being in South Carolina experience appealing to us women. However, be prepared for the higher than expected prices. Then we ventured to Francesca's. When I lived in Wyoming, I shopped at one of Francesca's only store in Cheyenne and thought it was a lovely boutique with a mix of "girl next door" clothing, fun/cute accessories. Although, overtime, the store has changed like for what I remembered., but he still has some worth getting pieces. Danielle, the store Clark, was very friendly, and it was truly a pleasure meeting her. I bought 2 dresses and a few accessories. I followed the manufacturer's warranty claim instructions and took the copy of the manufacturers warranty instructions email to my local dealer (AcewholeHiltonhead) and "manager" "Tyler" agreed to process by warranty, he indicated that he would process my warranty claim at the same time, he would place his store's monthly store's smoker order. I agreed to the one month lead time for my warranty claim. After 6 weeks I went by the (Acewholehiltonhead) store and had a face to face with "manager" "Tyler". I was never contacted me over the six week period and (Acewholeheadhilton) "manager " "Tyler" had the gall to make up an story, about due to the store's expansion, the warranty claim wasn't processed. Merry Christmas Tyler, every chance, I will be happily repeat my story about YOUR lack of ethics and YOUR store's lousy service.

When it was not delivered on Monday, I called this Ace Hardware store and was told it would instead be delivered Thursday. Again, I never received on phone call. Today, I just spoke with the manager, Jordan Garmon, who told me that they could not find my order at all even after I emailed him the order with the confirmation number. He then told me "it was not his fault" because he could not find the order and blamed me. Furthermore, when I asked him if they had any other grills in stock, he told me I could come by the store to see. I told him I am in Atlanta and cannot come by the store and he told me "that is not my problem." When I asked him how was this not his problem he told me, "I am not going to listen to this negativity and hung up on me." Somehow even though I paid for this order and sent the confirmation, somehow it's my fault Jordan at this store could not find it. This is the first Yelp review I have written. It takes really, really bad customer service to inspire me to respond. Great job Jordan!!
