I called Chloe at this office, who assured me there was no interruption in coverage. I thought it was a bank hack. So I called the bank who confirmed ( after a 25 minute wait) that indeed it was from them and that I was to down load the declarations page and send it to my coverage etc etc @ etc etc. I called Chloe at State Farm, resulting the saga. "I already took care of that for you. I figured that is what was needed and it's easier to do it from the agent end." Now that is service!!!
