None of that made sense to me since a Jeep dealership installed the battery 10 months ago. But, it didn't matter what I said. I wasn't getting anywhere with them, so I called my insurance. I spoke with Daisy. What I was telling her didn't make sense to her either. She ended up calling the dealership. She then called me back and explained to me that their warranty documents say the damages should be covered.
