She said Refin realtors were hands off after the first open house and this was not far off after all was said and done. But after the open house out of the blue instantly said my house was over priced without any consultation to pricing before listing. It was just a total about face to side with agents who came to the house. The market changed dramatically the week I listed, not for the better. But she did not ask me about not marketing the house- she just did that on her own. Leaving me with the feeling that the listing was not a high priority.
