When I put in another claim due to theft, I received a letter stating that my insurance is not being renewed as my policy basically doesn't have me paying enough to cover my claims. I have had 3 contractors attempt to fight for me to get the claim covered from the damage from Helene and have been falling on deaf ears. They will be as kind as possible over the phone but they clearly do not care about service members, veterans, or their families. Save yourself the disappointment and find another insurance company.
