I've been a client for years and he's never called me proactively. It's difficult to reach him and his staff is helpful but it seems Pat is always on vacation, traveling or busy. Maybe he's making too much money on his clients? I'm feeling neglected by him, but his staff is 5 Star. I needed him and he was on vacation, again. I don't always want to talk to one of his staff. After many years of paying premiums I finally needed to file a claim and their claims department has treated me very poor. And their inspector was even worse. I'm not happy at all and I've called their claims department and I've gotten conflicting opinions from his staff, the inspector and their claims department. I'm paying Pat and expect him to step in and provide the service I'm paying for. I'm paying premiums for coverage, not to have a piece of paper saying I'm covered. Pat, where are you to help? Apparently you don't check voice mail or email. I've left both. I'm in sales and I always check email and voice mail, even when I'm on vacation and on weekends.
