She is extremely knowledgable, encouraging, and a total natural at prompting me to find/explore solutions instead of just telling me what to do, which has boosted my confidence and helped me grow as a person tremendously. She has seen me at my highs and lows and has never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable, even when I was very self-critical. I am being 100% genuine when I say that Lorena has truly saved my life on multiple occasions, and the work we've done together in the past 2 years has been transformative. I'll be sad when I can't see her regularly anymore, but I'm very grateful for her time, patience and support. I haven't worked with the other counselors in this clinic but in the small interactions we've had, they always make me feel welcome and safe so I would highly recommend checking this place out and finding a therapist here that best suits your needs. I've learned that it's as important (if not more so) to take care of your mental health as it is your physical, so don't hesitate to seek help!

Because of her horrible therapy session with my husband, his malignant narcissistic abuse increased after every session. To be honest, I didn't know I had trauma, I thought I was just weak. I looked it up and learned how successful it can be and decided to see her. I started spring of 2026 and found her calm, patient, and supportive. She brought a clear perspective that I had lost and I realized that my emotions and anxiety were truly run by family issues. I was surprised how quickly I was able to feel a change. My last session was a couple of weeks ago and the weight is off my shoulders. I have new tools to address anything that comes up when before I would have held on to it. I have put the past where it belongs , I have taken my agency back, and I have found my voice again.
