Because of her horrible therapy session with my husband, his malignant narcissistic abuse increased after every session. If it wasn't for Dr. Mac I would not be able to stand here while my husband leaves me and our children with absolutely nothing with my head up. Thank you Dr. Mack. Dr Glaze i should probably thank you as well.. if It wasn't for your terrible advice I'd still living with my abuse. You had a hand in the destruction my mind, my heart and my spirit. I was trying to schedule a family therapy session with my husband and mother, and it took weeks of repeated calls and emails to even get someone on the phone to schedule an initial intake session. Once I was finally able to reach someone, my husband, mother, and myself coordinated our busy schedules and scheduled an intake with Dr. Mack via the group's intake coordinator. We showed up the next day for our virtual session, each from different locales, and then waited. And waited. No one ever came on and no one called us. I called the practice after about 15 minutes to see if something had happened, or perhaps I had gotten the time wrong, and I reached a receptionist or intake coordinator, who said they would try her and get back to me. We waited another 20 min and then I called again and was told, "I haven't reached her. All I can do is call and leave her messages." No attempt was made to reschedule us or to discuss next steps. We finally all signed off in disappointment. No one has made any contact with us since then to explain what happened that day or to attempt to reschedule the appointment. This happened a week ago, so there's been ample time to make contact since then. As a clinician myself, I would never allow this to happen and not follow up in some way, especially with a new client who I hadn't developed a relationship with yet. We will NOT be trying to reschedule and I certainly will not be recommending this practice to anyone else.

She helped me see what my reactions had meant before and how I'd progressed after the treatments. It's remarkable how effective EMDR is and I now see why she is such an advocate for the technique.
