Our Go-To Realtor for Every Move!…read more We've now had the pleasure of working with Amy Green with Classic Realty Groups through three major real estate milestones: buying our first home in 2021, recently selling that home, and now purchasing our next one, and we truly can't imagine going through any of it without her. She is everything you could hope for in a realtor: knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and absolutely relentless when it comes to advocating for her clients. When it came time to sell our first home, she guided us through every step with confidence and care. Thanks to her expert strategy and tireless work ethic, we were able to close much quicker than the average days on market for the area. We trust Amy completely and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again, Amy, for going above and beyond for us every single time!

For nearly a year, Lannette Thomas with Realty South has been a great friend and realtor to us! We…read morecalled her to see one of her listings and within the next few months, she had shown us numerous homes that met what we were looking for in Chelsea. Even though all along she knew we were not quite ready to make a purchase. From the very beginning, Lannette tried to set us up with different professionals that could answer our questions and would share information she found while we were in the financing process. We spent a lot of time emailing and texting back and forth and she would show us a home when we randomly found one we wanted to "just see"-it wasn't until the last few months when we decided it was time! Then it was a lot of face to face time. She was so very patient with us and we can be a handful at times! She took in the emotions of our kids when considering homes, she listened and listened well. She knew all of the things on our wish-list and she knew where we needed to be financially. She was never afraid to ask another realtor any of our questions either- "All we can do is ask, all they can say is no." Lannette never made us feel like we couldn't ask a question, no matter how silly it was. She definitely took us on some adventures through this process! In the end, she was with us every step of the way and even today, a month later she is still checking in and making sure we are all good. She has become more than a Realtor to us. Lannette is a forever friend and highly recommended!!!
