Subsequently, I made a trip to Alabama to meet Reba and do some house hunting. Reba had loads of materials and options prepared for me; she took time to review them, answer questions, and more importantly to get to know me and what I was looking for. In fact, she mentioned that we would look at as many houses as it took to find what I loved. In a later trip that was ear-marked to actually find a home, Reba was able to secure a viewing of ten homes on the same day (this accommodated the fact that my daughter was also in Alabama that day). As a result, I made an offer the next day. Throughout the offer, negotiations, and closing process Reba was incredibly responsive to my texts, knowledgeable in her responses to my questions, and willing to do whatever I needed to make the process comfortable for me. She provided me with names of potential lenders, home inspection companies, plumbers/electricians, and someone to look in on the house until I am there permanently. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, Reba is personable at all times. She is down-to-earth, possesses a sense of humor, and never made me feel as though something I asked was not reasonable. No question was too small, and I had an answer within hours each time.
