But I wasn't sure which piano to buy. The plethora of information they offered definitely helped in the decision-making process. Also, they took time to listen and then offered options on what they thought would work best in my particular situation. They also had a variety of payment choices which was helpful. The customer service was excellent this time, too, most notably their communication practices. They always kept me updated and were very clear in their messages. They also were responsive, never waiting very long to get a text or call to me. AND, the piano movers were awesome. It was a great experience to witness their smooth and careful execution of delivering my piano in a somewhat precarious spot, in the middle of winter, without a sctatch. Thank you, Duluth Fine Pianos! I love my piano!
