I bought my first guitar there, and I still have it to this day. They treated me great then, and they STILL treat their customers great! I just bought a new guitar 2 weeks ago and as I was putting it away after playing it for the second time and I noticed that it had CRACKED abought a quarter inch from the neck, all the way down to the sound hole! The humidity got to it I guess. I took it back up to the store and they were so AWSOME! They swapped it out for another guitar and advised me to put a humidifier in it this time. This was the first time that that has ever happened to me! But AGAIN the guys at Music Go Round took great care of me! I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!!

But I wasn't sure which piano to buy. The plethora of information they offered definitely helped in the decision-making process. Also, they took time to listen and then offered options on what they thought would work best in my particular situation. They also had a variety of payment choices which was helpful. The customer service was excellent this time, too, most notably their communication practices. They always kept me updated and were very clear in their messages. They also were responsive, never waiting very long to get a text or call to me. AND, the piano movers were awesome. It was a great experience to witness their smooth and careful execution of delivering my piano in a somewhat precarious spot, in the middle of winter, without a sctatch. Jeff took the piano apart ad brought the insides back to his shop. He reshaped the hammers. When he returned, he vacuumed the whole inside out before installing the insides. For the install, Loren checked with me on multiple items including the location of vent and gas piping before drilling the holes to the outside. I was kept informed of what was coming (e.g. Loren is on his way) from Nicole via text message which I appreciated. Inspection next week, not anticipating any problems. Highly recommend.

After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.
