1. It's an authentic 3rd generation restaurant.
2. The food is amazing. I just had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce, which was delicious. My wife (the family foodie) had Zander (fish in dill sauce) talked about it for two days, and our local friends had the steak in pepper sauce, which I tried, and it was great.
3. The restaurant has two kegel lanes, with private dining available. Kegel is the forefather of what we know as bowling, and a fun experience if you have the chance.

If you find yourself in Ahaus, stop by and have a meal here. If you do, say 'hi' to Tony, Ingrid, or Stefen (the owners/operators) from their American friend Andy.
