My auto insurance company began denying injury related claims in 2011 which caused my health insurance company to pay those bills. Adrienne has been willing to file suit against the auto carrier every few years to compel them to reimburse my health insurance carrier. In 2019, the auto carrier thought it a good idea to take the case to a jury trial. Adrienne and her firm prepared with depositions of the auto carrier adjuster and two of my physicians without any cost to me. The auto carrier brought forth six independent medical examination physician depositions. Adrienne was amazing. It was such a pleasure to watch her try the case. In the end, the jury was instructed to consider six different questions; did I suffer injuries from the accident, were my various necessary medications listed one by one due to the accident, were my ongoing treatments and physician visits necessary due to the accident and should the insurance company pay interest for the treatments and medications not paid in a timely manner. Adrienne received a unanimous jury verdict in my favor on all of those questions. Adrienne was a pleasure to be with the three days the jury trial lasted. She was professional and pleasant at all times. She gave me excellent advice. She is an incredible attorney and an amazing litigator. My car was in the shop, Dr. Mark's office was close enough to walk from my house, and he would work with my insurance. They also had evening appointments a few days a week. This all sounded promising. I'm picky about chiropractors, and a somewhat skeptical person by nature. My dad is the same way, and he'd heard positive things about Dr. Mark. He didn't disappoint. He was able to get rid of the tingling and slight numbness of my right arm pretty quickly. I still needed physical therapy, but Dr. Mark was respectful of the advice I was getting from my physical therapist as well as my doctor and spine specialist. As soon as I was doing better, Dr. Mark was fine with letting me schedule appointments as needed. I really appreciate this -- I'm wary of chiropractors who seem to be pushing you to schedule visits forever and ever. His desk staff are sweet and extremely helpful (helped me order a special item and even called to follow up when it was on backorder), and billing has never been a problem or gotten screwy. When I've been traveling too much, attempted to lift or lug something wrong, or have something that feels a little funny in my neck, Community Chiropractic is usually the first place I call. Obviously, if you're in need of medical help, you should do your own research and make your own decisions. I told Dr Dehr what I was doing when the injury happened. He immediately knew all of my symptoms with spot-on accuracy. Wednesday morning was such a drastic improvement compared to other sports injuries that I went from four doses of medicine to zero.
