First time, was not memorable, only thing I can remember from that time was meatloaf and some creamy pasta. Second time, had meatloaf, marinated chicken, mashed potatoes, yellow squash mushy casserole, strawberry feta cheese spinach salad, and peach cobbler. The best thing out of the whole meal from the second time was the mashed potatoes with the gravy from the meatloaf. Couldn't even finish barely half a slice of the meatloaf, since it didn't taste that good. Chicken was dry. The yellow squash casserole was not my preference, too mushy for me. Strawberry feta cheese spinach salad was drenched with a way too sweet dressing. Peach cobbler was okay, made with canned peaches. At least the crust topping tasted somewhat good. I'd rather eat at any chain restaurant over this catering service.

We chose the app package 3 and EVERYTHING was top notch! Our event was from 1pm to 4pm. When the event ended, they boxed any extra food we had for us, broke everything down and then asked if we needed help! Katie and her crew were amazing! I spoke with Calvin a few times and planned a fantastic meal for our family of 18. He pulled his truck into our rental home's driveway and fired up the smoker, which filled the air with heavenly smokey and meaty scents and Jamaican beats. After about 5 hrs, the food was ready and we were treated to jerk chicken, jerk ribs with or without sauce, and rice and bean bowls. The food was nothing short of fantastic and delicious and Calvin and his wife were so friendly and wonderful people. We will DEFINITELY be calling for our next trip down here!! Thanks, Calvin!

Family got married here a few months ago, and while I'm sure it seemed great for the wedding party,…read morethe venue was awful for guests. The space simply cannot accommodate the number of people advertised. The indoor area is not insulated for sound and is deafening when you get more than a couple dozen people inside. Those seated upstairs for dinner weren't served until over a half hour after everyone downstairs. Guests weren't permitted to use the on-site bathroom until after the ceremony was over (while filing in beforehand)! Neither the indoor nor the outdoor space is ADA compliant. The venue had to be talked into providing guests with water while waiting in the outdoor space in 100 degree heat. It was a truly awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone.

Owner Ray Baca, has created a dream space for any event planner. The walls are original historic brick, and the furnishing is clean and modern. My favorite feature is the raw feel; this space can easily be outfitted to fit any event. The venue is also unique because of the kitchen and easy setup space for catering. You will not find another venue of this caliber with this unique setup anywhere is downtown Wilmington. The central location is also wonderful if the weddings located in downtown Wilmington. I don't know what the building is called but it is on the corner of Market and Front streets. The views are fantastic. You get great views of the river, south side of the city and east side. The views are the selling point in my opinion. The place is small. There is a small bar area along with chairs and sofas to sit on elsewhere. Live music when I was there. I didn't see any beer on tap but they do have beer. Wine and mixed drinks available, obviously. The glass of wine I got was $12. Ehh, a little steep. The elevator to the 9th floor is tiny. Four normal size people or two bigguns. You can take the stairs, and I did going up, but you better be in shape. Not sure that I would ever buy a membership here but it was fun to go once.
