Throughout the process he was patient, responsive and professional. For the sale, Wesley and his teammates were extremely efficient when it came to staging and holding open houses and we were able to sell my apartment after the first scheduled showings. The only really difficult thing I had to do was say goodbye to the apartment and move out. I am extremely picky and so when we began to tour houses, Wesley's patience and eye for details really helped narrow down potential properties that would be a good fit for me and we also struck out a lot of bad ones. Wesley's experience shines during touring. Just to name a few things he has a keen sense of smell for moisture/mold, can feel for the slightest unevenness in floors and can tell good from bad repair work just from a quick glance and feel, he has really seen it all. This is where a whole lot of Wesley's value comes from, he's not just another paper pusher...he actually enjoys looking at houses with clients and he is great at pointing out things that a normal person wouldn't see. Eventually a few months later we were able to close on a new house that was exactly what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to work with Wesley and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. As I said before he is thoughtful, smart, engaged and it's clear he loves what he does and I now recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to buy in the bay area.

She is very friendly and happily answered all our many questions at any time of the day, usually within minutes of asking. She is also very hardworking, organized, knowledgeable, and flexible. She really looked out for us and gave great advice even before we knew what questions to ask. For example, we toured a house together that we really liked, but she noticed a detail that we had overlooked that completely changed our opinion. Working with her feels more like working with a good friend than a random business person. Highly recommend Vivian!

She's extremely personable, friendly, professional, experienced, and reliable when it comes to working with you on finding your home. She actually took the time to listen to us and confirm our budget, walked us through the entire process of how homebuying works and was transparent on everything in between. She asked for our expectations up front and confirmed what we were looking for in a home, showed us what's currently priced in the market, and even tailored weekly emails on home reports and any off markets that were in our price range. After an open house, it wasn't a question of "would you like to put an offer?" but more of a "how did you feel about the home, did you like anything about it or did anything stand out?" type of question to show she actually cared about our home search process. Any questions we had, she was able to answer. She didn't give any BS responses and if we had questions during our bidding process she would make sure eveyrthing was addressed. One thing we truly appreciated about Vivian is the fact that she gave us her honest opinons as well - she knew we originally were looking for a SFH but my wife and I were considering the idea of a townhome and went to a couple open houses; Vivian immediately gave us pros and cons to both and gave us her opinion and important things to factor in. If it wasn't for Vivian, we probably would've settled and been living in regret right now!! I seriously appreciate people like Vivian. She really made us feel comfortable with our decisions and was by our side fighting for us and represented us in such an excellent demeanor. If you're reading this.. Thank you for helping us find our first home, Vivian!! You're definitely getting all my referrals in the future and I hope we remain friends!!
