My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with David to purchase our first home in San Francisco. As first-time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but he was patient, knowledgeable (both in general about the SF real estate market and about the areas we were interested in - Bernal Heights, Sunnyside, Glen Park, etc), and supportive throughout the entire process. David took the time to understand what we were looking for, guided us through each step, and always made us feel like we were in good hands. His responsiveness and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. It was David's proactivity in flagging a listing in a neighboring area we hadn't considered--in addition to helping us navigate the offer and negotiations with confidence, advocating for our interests, and making sure we understood our options at every stage--that led us to our landing our first home. We truly felt like we had someone experienced in our corner. We're so grateful for all of his work and guidance and are incredibly happy with our experience. We'd recommend David to anyone looking to buy a home in San Francisco! read more

We brought our house with David's help and the experience was amazing! He walked us through all the steps and made our buying process very easy. I would suggest anyone that is interested in purchasing a house to reach out to him because he knows his stuff when it comes to helping you find your dream home! Thank you, David! We recently completed the sale of our San Francisco property, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work our agent, David, did throughout what became a long and detailed process. From the very beginning -- nearly 2.5 years ago -- he demonstrated remarkable patience, professionalism, and consistency. With four owners involved, each with different perspectives on timing, pricing, and how best to bring the property to market, the decision-making process was rarely straightforward. David helped us navigate those differing viewpoints with calm, steady guidance. He provided clear explanations, offered thoughtful recommendations, and supplied detailed comparable sales profiles of other properties in our neighborhood that helped anchor our discussions on how to properly value our home. David also coordinated contractors to address repairs and improvements, guided us through the nuances of selling a property with tenants in place, and maintained clear communication throughout every stage of the transaction. His ability to find a qualified buyer before the property officially listed was a testament to his preparation and market insight. The final sale price -- 15% above asking -- was a strong result and reflected the strategic approach he helped us shape. Overall, David provided steady leadership, excellent communication, and a high level of professionalism from start to finish. I'm grateful for his dedication in seeing this sale through, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. read more

David thank you so much! I have to say, we were skeptical if our building would sell anywhere near what we felt it was worth. We had discussed the real estate market in our area with other realtors and they seemed to share our skepticism and seemed disinterested in the sale of our building with its deferred maintenance and its unique challenges in an area of San Francisco with its own unique challenges. But you dove right in, and we are so happy with the out come. It was above our highest expectations. You were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. You made what could have been a stressful and complicated process feel smooth and manageable. We appreciated your quick responses to our questions--no matter how small, or how many phone calls--and never made us feel rushed or out of the loop. Your hard work and knowledge of the market, really made a difference. We were impressed with your research and property comps, and the value you placed on our property's unique attributes, that might have been over looked and under valued. What really stood out was how well connected and well organized you were with setting up inspectors, photographers and contractors--and the gracious manner in which you worked with our tenants to set up viewings in the least intrusive way possible. You knew exactly what needed to be done to present the property in the best possible light, and worked fast to get everything in place, and close the sale in a quick and efficient time line. We always felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. Thanks again David, it truly was a pleasure working with you. Mary and Steve read more

David was absolutely instrumental in helping us secure our second investment property in San Francisco. He's not only incredibly easy to work with, but his extensive network, strong industry relationships, and the immense trust he's built clearly made all the difference. We were in a competitive bidding war, and it's thanks to David's expertise and reputation that our offer was accepted. Beyond that, David seamlessly guided us through every step of the process, from financing to insurance and inspections. Knowing he was handling everything allowed me to truly sleep easy, confident there wouldn't be any hiccups. I cannot recommend David enough! read more

We had the pleasure of working with David. Thanks to David, we found the perfect home in the Bay area. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make our journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. This was our first home, and we were new in the real estate market, which could be pretty scary. David was patient, responsive, attentive and always gave us his honest feedback on the properties we toured in layman terms that we could understand. What truly set David apart was the extra mile he went to ensure we felt confident. Whether it was arranging last-minute viewings, providing in-depth market analysis, or recommending providers to support us in different parts of the process (insurance, lenders, and others), he consistently demonstrated his dedication and expertise. It felt like we were his top priority at all times. If you're looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional service, look no further than David. read more

David helped us land our dream home here in a tough market. It was our very first offer on a house and he helped guide us through the process, gave us advice on the offer date and counter offer and ultimately get what we wanted at a price that we could afford. He was easy to communicate with and gave us the information we needed to make informed choices- and it made us feel confident that he used a lot of data and experience to move efficiently. read more

I worked with David (and his colleague, Michael) to buy my second condo in SF. David is warm, approachable, patient, and extremely professional, and a great partner in looking for your next home! David was both patient yet appropriately nudging throughout my search; he did a great job following my cues and adjusting his communications when I traveled or didn't have time to focus on my search. I also felt comfortable talking through my thought process and decisions with him, which was very valuable! Maybe most importantly, I benefitted greatly from David's knowledge of / connectedness to SF housing market and realtor community, and advice on my strategy. I tend to work more independently (finding listings, attending open houses, looking up comparables on my own), but David did a great job liaising between the listing agents and myself, and his market analysis was critical to putting together a competitive offer. (His recommendations usually matched what listings ended up closing for.) When I was torn between two properties closing on the same date, David helped me craft a strategy so that I'd have a chance on both. David helped me close my condo with no hiccups from the offer and financing to appraisal and insurance, and has been a great resource since, connecting me to folks to make it feel like home. Thanks so much, David! read more

David took hold of me and my partner of 25+ years when we needed to sell our home. At every turn in the process David was sensitive to our human needs whilst managing mountains of details. Above and beyond his knowledge and expertise about the real estate market, he possesses the rare asset of a very high emotional IQ. His crew, deftly led by John Fry were amazing on every level. The whole project went off without any curve balls that David could not handle with grace and efficiency. Needless to say, I highly recommend him. read more

David was fantastic to work with. He was patient, responsive, professional, and exceptionally punctual. Throughout the process he was extremely helpful in walking us through the necessary steps, explaining the options, and matching our pace. Most importantly, it truly felt like David's first priority was that we ended up purchasing a home we felt good about, and that the process was as smooth and positive as possible. Throughout the search, even if we felt committed to a property, David would still ask if we were sure we liked it. I never once felt that David was trying to rush us. Our house unexpectedly ended up requiring close to a month of miscellaneous work before we could close and David orchestrated everything that needed to be done. David very much went the extra mile while still maintaining his excellent level of communication and patience. It made it extremely easy for us. My wife and I were first time home buyers and I was hesitant in the beginning. David made me feel comfortable in understanding our options, the roles and incentives of everyone involved, and the individual steps we would be taking. Lastly, David was very good at constructively critiquing houses we were interested in, as well as estimating costs, timelines, etc. of potential repairs. I can't recommend him enough! read more

After submitting a request to view a property on Zillow, we got a call from David Juarez. We met him a few days later to look at the home, and ultimately determined that it wasn't quite right for us. That was over 2 years ago. It took us awhile to find the right property, and David was patient and kind with us the entire time. We appreciated his warmth, his expertise, his thoroughness (with everything- like pointing out when a room only had 2 power outlets -something I would have completely missed). Working with David I always felt like his priority was to make sure we found the perfect home for us, and that we felt supported and guided when we finally did find it. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks David! read more

David was great, he listened carefully to my needs and shared great market statistics that helped with my decision to sell my property. I entered into a 1031 Exchange which added another layer of challenges, and David made sure I had all the contacts and information I needed to make the sale/buy as smooth as possible. We had weekly meetings to maintain regular communication and he was available to answer my questions after working hours and during weekends as well. He worked hard with all parties involved to make sure everyone is aligned to this project. Lastly, I received a very warm gift from him congratulating me for the sale! read more

We enjoyed working with David through the home buying process, and felt that he was a great help. As one would expect from an excellent realtor, David was knowledgeable about the home buying process and taught us a lot about what to look out for as we inspected homes together. He was patient in working with us over 9 months, as we looked for the right home for us. David worked quickly and guided us through the process with each and every offer we put in. As a first time home seller, I 100% recommend David Juarez. David and team are extremely organized and proficient at what they do. Especially considering that the whole process happened during the pandemic. He brought in multiple contractors with established relations to bid on remodeling, interior design, painting, and staging. These separate contractors were orchestrated masterfully to create an amazing and cohesive result that appealed to the market. David and team really allowed me to focus on work and life, knowing that they are tracking the important events and milestones. He also used his connections to get me a remodeling loan at basically no extra cost, which really helped ease the stress. I went with an offer that was over my listing price and well within my target price. The realtor fee was competitive and by the end of the process I definitely felt like they earned it with all the time and effort they put in. Thank you David and team! read more

Selling is an art, one that David and his team are masterful and calculated at competitive selling; most impressively the ability to sell during an unprecedented year as a global pandemic unfolded. David brought both the art and the science to the selling process; from inception David and his team provided comparable properties and a thorough market analysis to sell at fair market value. Most importantly, David walked me through the selling process, a process that goes beyond a listing price, and included a stellar level of organization and attention to detail. I have worked with David Juarez a couple of times, all with great results! Most recently, he and his LevelUp Group team from Keller Williams listed my home for sale. David and his team took care of every detail from repairs, paint touch-ups and staging. For each job, they obtained several estimates from vendors and recommended the ones they felt were best. David and his team provided top-notch promotional materials to market the property and showcased my home in the very best possible way. David kept me in the loop at all times, had a good pricing strategy and got the best price for my home with multiple offers. Before he submitted the offers, he made sure all the buyers were qualified; he attended all the property inspections and the home appraisal and tied up all the loose ends so I would close on time. My partner and I worked with David for several months as we navigated our first home-buying process. The pandemic added an additional layer of difficulty and complication to our process, so I especially appreciated David's consistent communication throughout our months of collaborating. He seemed to have good relationships with sellers' agents around the city, which helped to get us the information we wanted about each home we viewed. At times it felt like David was as in the dark as we were regarding recommended offer prices (the market blew up right when we entered the scene), so we felt the need to do additional research and be assertive with him about the offer prices we were comfortable making. Ultimately, David helped us to secure the house we really wanted and smoothed out an unexpected issue during escrow so we could close on time, so for that we are forever grateful! read more

My husband and I had such a great experience working with David. From start to finish, he helped make a daunting and stressful process so easy...for us! We interviewed a few realtors after reaching out and researching several and landed on David and his team because we felt confident that we'd be in good hands, and we absolutely were. We moved cross-country and internationally, so while we were in our condo for the initial part of the process (determining what work we wanted to do on our unit for the sale and selecting contractors), much of the process took place once we'd moved far away, which was very scary. But it never felt like we were "out of sight, out of mind." We always felt like a priority client, and the work that David put into the sale of our condo clearly paid off. We ended up getting a great price for our unit very quickly. Thanks to David's clear communication, hard work, and confidence about our unit, we learned to breathe and trust the process, despite being so far away. We could not have asked for a better experience than we had working with David as our realtor! read more
