This is a very long over due review. First of all I want to say this is a legitimate review and no one paid me to write these words. I live in California and had a home in Vegas. For whatever reason decided to sell that Vegas home so I let my rental Mgmt company have the listing. I thought they did a good and professional job for me so why not. Her husband was in charge of that department. He seemed like a professional and nice person. However, he began to speak very rude, mean and condescending. Rated high on yelp and other sites, but if u read the low star ratings that is the actual way that person behaves and conducts business. Anyhoo, I decided to switch agents. I found Chris Patrick on Yelp actually. It was a very tricky and stressful situation Bc my home was still being managed by the wife of agent I was replacing. So they did everything to make it difficult to get in contact with the renter. Like it was crazzzzzy. BUT Chris Patrick my amazing, awesome, dedicated, professional and SUPER STAR agent went above and beyond to reach out to the renter. It didn't stop there all the negotiating, dealing with crazy headaches and issues Chris Patrick was there handling everything. And he was ALWAYS ALWAYS level headed and professional. I was in another state and he really took care of the whole process from A to Z. And there were situations that arose and he handled them all. Choose Chris Patrick there is no better in Vegas or probably anywhere. There are still people out there who are kind, have good morals and ethics, so professional and really go above and beyond for their clients and that is Chris Patrick. read more

Chris was my real estate agent for the sell of my house in 2019. I searched for the best real estate agent in las vegas and Chris was the first one that came up, I invited him over to see if we were a good fit, and he knocked it out of the park. Knowledgeable, polite, reasonable on negotiating %, marketing presentation was exceptional, had referrals, and recommendations for everything I wanted. There was NEVER any pressure to hurry, or anything. I gave him pretty good communication on what I wanted to do, like put a fresh layer of paint on the house, but never once did Chris call to see how much longer something was taken, which I don't know why, I just expected to happen, but never did. After a few months after our first meeting (totally my choice) the house was on the market. We went over pricing strategies, and I decided to put it up for market rate and it sold in 1 day. We closed in under 30 days. Chris did mention that he was going on vacation with his wife, but assured me I would be taken care of with his team. I had spaced on this convo and accidentally called him. He answered the phone on the first ring, answered my questions, and never mentioned he was on vacation, nor rushed me off the phone. It's something i felt really guilty about this afterwords, but in total reflection about my expectations, and what I received, I would place some serious cash that there isn't a better real estate agent out there. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, I don't know how anyone is outperforming Chris, but I couldn't imagine anyone doing better. Thanks Chris, it was a pleasure. read more

Chris is an awesome realtor. My wife and I had a very short amount of time to find our house, we met with Chris and he did an amazing job of listening to what we were looking for. He came up with some great options for us and helped us find the perfect place. I really like the fact that Chris is not a high pressure sales guy. He is hard working, honest and seems genuinely interested in making sure his clients are taken care of. Chris is the best realtor I've ever worked with, hands down. If you need help finding a house in Vegas, this is the guy you want to have helping you out. read more

I was looking for a new agent to sell my Las Vegas home after 2 failed agents previously and read the glowing reviews of Chris. He seemed to be the perfect match and the agent that will have client's back. I was excited to get acquainted so I called and left my information with his office personnel as she said he was busy and he will call me back. A guy called within 10 minutes and introduced himself but it was not Chris. I had a conversation with this guy whose name I will not name as he was nice but not the person I was looking for and I asked where Chris was or if I will work with Chris later. He said he's too busy to take on anymore clients so I was passed over to him. This would be a one star but because of this unfortunate incident I decided to use Redfin to sell my home. Hope that turns out well. As for Chris, sadly I will never meet you. We could have sold a home together... :( . Jokes aside. Glad I found Redfin and glad you had no time for new clients. read more

I found Chris by searching through Yelp reviews. He came out the next day personally and met at my house. He came prepared, had all the comps ready and I was impressed with his marketing plan and approach to selling my property. He also recommended a fair price and I liked that since a lot since many agents I worked with prior to Chris on other properties usually wanted to low ball for a faster sale. As people responded to the marketing, Chris was patient and worked with each buyer agent to try and get the best deal for me. Ultimately, he was able to provide a buyer that was very close to my asking price which I am grateful for. On a personal note, he is a good person, genuinely concerned for his client, which always makes a working relationship better. If you need an agent I would give him a call. You will be happy you did. read more

Nothing but 5 stars for Chris and his team! He helped us sell our property in less than 1 month!! They went above and beyond on all levels of service from supporting us with repairs and meeting anyone who needed access to our property. His assistant, Christine, is the sweetest and helped to facilitate schedules and timelines to ensure everything went smoothly. This has been the best real estate transaction we have experienced so far. The ease and amazing communication of Chris just adds to his excellent services. Great attention to detail and knowledgeable in the field...they even managed to close early for us! We can't thank Chris enough and we will definitely be working with him in the very near future read more

We interviewed a couple real estate professionals for the job of selling our house. Chris was the final person we interviewed, but we knew he was the one we were going to hire. Everything he said he would do, he did. The photographer he used did an awesome job with the pictures. We went from listing to recording in about 30 days. Chris kept us in the loop every step of the way. We can't recommend him any more than five star or we would. Thanks to Chris and all of his team for making the sale of our home an enjoyable and profitable experience. read more

Chris gets the job done! Considering the pandemic and all the uncertainty in the world, I really wanted to make a great choice in listing agent to get my home sold. Soon after speaking with him I quickly got a sense that he had a very accurate assessment of the market, along with the right plans to make it happen. Chris places special emphasis on the right marketing that these times demand to drive traffic- high quality photography, drone photography, virtual staging and online walk throughs that I believe made all the difference. He sold my home in 24 days! You can expect great things from Chris - I am happy with my decision! read more

It's sometimes harder to talk about a person who is outstanding in all ways but here goes. When my wife and I made the decision as we drove home from Las Vegas to sell our vacation condo in Summerlin we had no knowledge of the realtors near our condo in Summerlin. After spending a few days looking at reviews and web sites. We decided to call and talk with Chris. After our conversation with him we're very impressed with his real estate knowledge, professional manner, past sales, knowledge of the Summerlin area and willingness to get the sale made. We set a date and time to meet him at the condo, sign the needed paperwork and have the photographer take the needed pictures for posting online. The pictures turned out outstanding, and with Chris's professional sales' job the Condo sold in three days! We were able to sign all paperwork electronically and kept in contact with Chris by both text and phone. It was great as I could ask numerous question and he always gave us a professional answer. THANK YOU CHRIS read more

The power of Yelp. My Mom lived in Las Vegas and decided it was time to move back to Illinois. I was out to visit and help with some of the details, but didn't know anyone or anything about the local market. I decided to leverage Yelp to see about some reputable realtors in that market. Chris Patrick's name came up and had glowing reviews. Like many people that use this service, I was a little skeptical about how someone earns such consistent accolades. Now that we have sold the house, I can understand the overwhelming response. It all started with the local market analysis that Chris provided (that day). He had a comprehensive list of services to help maximize the sale of her home. We listed the property on Friday, and had 3 offers by EOD Monday and got full list price. What impressed me most about Chris was his responsiveness and sincerity. He really seemed to be looking out for my Mom's best interest and was straightforward with his insights and recommendations. I highly recommend Chris and team as the realtor of choice for selling your home. Thanks, Chris, it was a pleasure meeting and working with you! And yes, I will give my Mom a hug from you. read more

This review is from a Seller's perspective and I did not actually use him as a Realtor, for what it's worth, as I decided to do For Sale by Owner. I interviewed Chris and a few other Realtors when I was preparing to sell my house. Chris would have been my pick had I decided to go with a Realtor. He is a pretty genuine guy and pretty smart and savvy for the Las Vegas real estate market. He brought some products to show me that he had prepared with comps and some other useful info about my neighborhood, etc. (the other Realtors either did not do this or did not do it to in as professional a manner). He also understood the "relativity" of comps - meaning, just because it's a house next door with the same floor plan, it would not be the same selling price since our fixtures, appliances, tiling, etc. were significantly better. The other Realtors couldn't comprehend this and thought I would be asking too much. After I told Chris I was doing FSBO he wished me luck and told me to ask if I needed any help. I sent him a couple emails with some questions and he was helpful in his response. I would recommend him. read more

I've bought and sold a few properties in my 17 years in Las Vegas and never have I worked with a realtor like Chris Patrick. My past experiences with realtors made me leery to even try to sell my condo - I just didn't want to deal with anyone but didn't want to be a landlord any longer, so it needed sold. My husband researched Yelp, Zillow and realtor.com and found Chris and I'm so very thankful he did. From the moment we met until the last congratulations phone call, Chris has been the very best realtor to work with...everything went so smoothly. He is professional, honest and hard-working. We sold in record time and Chris got me above asking. Wish we had met Chris and his team years ago. Thank you Chris! Trust me I don't write reviews often and next to never recommend any company or individual, but Chris Patrick is the real deal! The best realtor in Las Vegas! Chris and his team of experts are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable go above and beyond. Originally I bought the home for my girl and me so that we could better care for my elderly mom with Alzheimer's, and it was good for the past four years, but the house became a lot, and as the disease persisted, the time came where we had to make that difficult decision to put mom into a home, and sale the house it had become too much for me. The house had become a burden hindering me from moving on with my own life and physically, mentally, and financially, and it was a very emotional time for me. Most days, my stress levels were over the top, but Chris was very understanding of my situation and let me move at my own pace; he was there to help and walk me through the entire process; any time I had a question, he was right there with the answer, from the day we met, the day we listed, the house to the day of signing the closing documents and believe me there were quite a few stressful moments in the very beginning. I had no clue what I was doing or all of the preparation to put a home on the market and no idea what to expect. Starting with getting rid of the clutter to making it look like the dream home that someone would walk into fall in love with and say, this is the one I have to have this house, and Chris and his team made that happen the photographer and videographer were incredible, and Christen was wonderful and very helpful in the staging, and her description of our home was on point. Not to mention quite a few life-changing things were going on in his own world at the same time, so kudos to him in juggling his own life while still trying to make sure that his clients were well-taking care of as well even during his own rollercoaster ride, he was still able to make me feel that he had my back. We went live on a Friday evening had 4 showings on that Saturday and an offer on Sunday morning; it was crazy. I was hoping for a fast sale but had no idea it would be that fast. The new owners wanted to close on the 21st of December, just days before Christmas; we had to be out by the 20th. They pushed it back to the 24 and then yet again wanted to push it to the 28th; meanwhile, our lives are in limbo storage, moving, and all kinds of crazy at that point, Chris made an executive decision on behalf of me, and I was so happy when I got his call needless to say we need a little fire to get things moving once again and Chris made that happen. We ended up closing on the 28th, and things are finally starting to feel normal once again. Thank you, Chris, and thanks to your team for helping me transition into this next chapter. I look forward to working with you again in the future. read more

Chris has been really helpful during the process of helping us selling our house. I was impressed from the beginning that he showed us his detailed marketing strategies and he answered my emails fast and in a straightforward fashion. Our house got sold really fast at a really good price mainly because his advanced marketing strategies worked and gave our house a great exposure in multiple platforms. One thing I truly recommend Chris as your agent is that he is always responsive which puts your mind at ease. He never left us hanging which we really appreciated. Highly recommend him! read more

12 million stars! I found Chris on Yelp and couldn't be happier. Chris guided me through an incredibly long and complicated short sale that took 14 months - 14 MONTHS! He never once wavered or tried to steer me me in the direction of getting to closing faster so he could take his money and run. I believe he genuinely wanted what was best for ME and not for him. He always returned my calls within minutes, spent as much time as I needed in answering any questions, and helped me think through complicated decisions with a calm and stead hand. He is a kind man with a great heart and moral compass. Not something you find often in real estate. Call him now. You will not regret it. read more

Can't say enough about my experience with Chris. With this being the first home I have purchased, I walked into the situation very skeptical. However, from the first time I spoke with Chris, I felt very much at ease. He knows the area. He knows the market. He knew what I was looking for. And he went above and beyond to help me get there (especially given the huge number of headaches presented by the seller!). Trust me when I say you can trust him. He won't steer you wrong. read more

Chris is a consummate professional, and we are so happy that we found him on Yelp. Having had a horrible experience when we bought our home here 7 years ago, we were very wary of working with LV real estate agents. However Chris was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable, calm, and great with communication; he offered valuable advice and was intimately involved in every step of the process. Chris knew exactly how to market our home -- we received multiple offers within the first week of showing, were in escrow in a week, and closed about a month after that. It was an amazingly smooth process, especially in the current market for our price point when other homes in our neighborhood are having difficulty selling. We are really grateful that we had Chris to guide us through this process, and we have already recommended him to several of our friends. read more
