My boyfriend and I reached out to Steve for help finding a rental. We were moving from out of state and had limited time in town to do research. He started helping right away, set us up on a housing portal, helped us with selections, arranged viewings on multiple days and even face timed locations for us when we were unable to visit in person. We couldn't have gotten luckier finding Steve's flyer on a house we drove by that was for sale. Can't wait to call you when we're ready to buy. read more

We did it!!! (Very overdue review, sorry Steve) Amongst the coronavirus chaos (8/2020) my partner and I had managed to save enough for our new home purchase towards the end of our 2-yr lease in Henderson. We already knew we were going to use Steve again for his diligence, expertise, responsiveness and honesty. He delivered above and beyond again! We cannot thank and recommend using Steve as your real estate agent enough. He knows Vegas, give him a price range and type of home you're looking for and he will not only find it but analyze the in's and outs of the home and neighborhood for you. Use Steve and his team he will deliver for you above and beyond your expectations! Thank you again Steve for being the best Agent!! We will be in contact for future purchases as well :) read more

We recently sold our home to move across the country. Steve was our realtor again. He was wonderful! He always goes the extra mile, kept us posted on all pertinent information, and walked us through this process. The market was turning downward during our listing but he gave us solid advice and attracted the buyers. We really appreciate him. Great guy, great service for his clients. read more

Steve went above and beyond in helping me to find my perfect home. He has been doing this for many years so he checks many things other real estate agents just coming into the business do not think of. Double pane windows, insulation, heating and cooling, leveling of walls, I could go on and on. He was patient and was brutally honest which is exactly what you want when looking for an agent. He is not looking to just make another deal and consistently follows up with you to make sure you are happy even after you purchase the home. He even offered to help me fix things and dropped off a repair kit after I moved in. I have used Steve twice and both times have been very enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent! read more

I met Steve through my Dad. My Spouse and I are moving across state from Utah to Las Vegas. We weren't quite ready to buy a home but wanted to rent. Steve took the time to send us quality rentals that met our criteria. Steve was able to meet with us with little to no notice and show us a few properties we were interested in. He provided us with Print Outs for the homes so we could review them as we were touring the property. He ensured to call the management companies the day before to see if there were any pending applications or interested parties for each home we liked. Steve was able to provide us advice on each homes energy efficiency and build quality. He knew the moment we entered a home if it was going to be energy efficient or not. He was also very familiar with the different builders in Vegas. He was able to make very technical language easy for us to understand! He was very easy to talk to and wasn't pushy at all. He was willing to take the time to find us a home that worked for us. We found a home we loved that day and Steve got us the required paperwork to submit to the Property Management company. He ensured to check in on us and ensure we had no issues getting the application submitted. We got approved and we're moving in at the end of the month! We would highly recommend working with Steve for your realty needs! read more

I returned to Henderson after 38 years to live near family. Steven played the key role in locating a house in two days with many stringent requirements on my side. I'm pleased to say he came through, as they say with flying colors, and I'm happily living here once again. I recommend Steve highly. read more

Because Mr. Sales was such a good Realtor for me in 2012, helping me find my home in Henderson, I have referred him to others over the years. He works every day to sell homes with a positive attitude. He helped me find the exact house I was looking for within the right neighborhood and price range. I am not at all surprised that he has many positive reviews because he is among the top real estate professionals in the Las Vegas Valley. Again and again my referrals have told me that he successfully sold their home, which is why I think he should be your listing agent. But when it comes to finding you the right home, I can say from personal experience that his knowledge, dedication, and good humor are unsurpassed. Very pleased with his service and I continue to recommend him all these years later! read more

Quite honestly I don't genuinely like sales people but Steven changed all of that for me. He is the most dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable (sales person) real estate agent I ever known. We sold two properties and bought another one with his assistance. We must have looked at 50 house before we purchased because my wife and I couldn't agree on which house. He showed up to EVERY appointment early. Amazing!!! He knew all of the good builders and which ones to stay away from. His knowledge of HVAC systems and energy loss is unparalleled. When we found the house of our dreams, he helped us negotiate a better price than we anticipated. Whe we sold our first property, we received a bonifided offer within two weeks of listing. We got the price we were hoping for. When we sold our condo, we had an offer within 10 days of listing. We got $10,000 more than we expected. I would only use Steven for any of my real estate needs and he changed my perception of sales people. He is simply the best of the best. read more

We interviewed 3 agents prior to listing with Steven Sales. We are so pleased we chose him. Steven has gone the extra mile to make sure we were fully informed of each step in the sale process. I would highly recommend Steven if you are selling or buying a house! read more

Steve has always gone above and beyond what I would expect of my Real Estate Agent. He has impeccable integrity. He is someone you can count on. He will do what he promises to do, when he says something you can take it to the bank. because of his knowledge of engineering, He knows homes from the inside out. The drone videos and pictures he has taken of my property have been of the highest quality. You will completely love working with him and having him as a friend. Oh, one thing that I was super pleased with was his attitude, when I told him I wasn't going to buy the property he had worked on with me for so long and hard, He just said "You have to do whats best for your family." and was very happy to continue to help me in any way he could. We ended up getting the property we started on anyway. (Thank you so much Steven Sales! We love our home. Keep up the good work!!!) read more

When it was time to sell my Mom's house I choose Steven Sales because I went to school with him right here in Vegas & I knew he would have the right connections since he's a longtime local. He did everything possible to make sure the house sold & it did!! My family will definitely use Steve again whenever we need an agent. read more

Steve is a amazing. We were having some issues with our previous realtor, always to busy to come out, never really showing anything that he was out for our best interest. We left our other guy and a friend had given us Steve's number. We called him around noon and by the next day when I was off work we were off looking at houses. He showed a vast knowledge of how homes are build, energy use and loss, and so much more. We ended up going to a new development, as we couldn't find "the one". Steve went with us, walked through everything as well. Our build time went quick, and when the bank closed finally, Steve was there to support us with any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Vegas. read more

Super nice guy very personable! Fun to work with! We did not end up getting the place we looked at but meeting him and dealing with him makes us look forward to our next interaction with him. Showed us a nice place. Also amazing with keeping you in the loop. read more

Steve is very professional and knowledgeable. He's also friendly and honest, and easy to get ahold of. Steve doesn't seem to mind going above and beyond to help us even tho at this time we are only looking for a rental. I'm sure he has a lot of clients he is helping yet never seems unavailable or too busy for our family's need (like I said above even tho we are just going to rent at this time). He seems very family oriented and knows which homes are in great areas to raise children. Definitely has been the most helpful realtor we have contacted yet! I can't get most real estate agents I've called to answer the phone or return a voicemail. I haven't had to leave Steve a voicemail even one time, he always just picks up the phone or texts me right back. Highly recommend. Thank u Steve read more

Steve was so great! We never had to worry about anything! He kept us well informed about everything that was taking place, and what was expected of us. We were a bit nervous, and unsure about the sale of our house, as we hadn't bought or sold a home in over 20 years. Steve was always able to put our minds at ease, and made everything effortless. We will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone we know who is in need of a top notch realtor! read more

Steven Sales is one real estate agent extraordinaire! When my boyfriend and I decided to move to Las Vegas, Nevada from Chicago, Illinois, Steve was the one I called to send me condo possibilities, which he emailed to me with regularity. When we arrived in Las Vegas in late March of 2018, he toured us through numerous properties until we found one that met our requirements. Unfortunately, that deal fell through but undeterred and undaunted, Steve continued to send options for us after we returned to Chicago, until October 2018 when one outstanding property came on the market. Unable to view the property ourselves, I enlisted two of my close friends to accompany Steve to survey the property. As a result of his efforts--which were considerable--we became the owners of a lovely three bedroom condo in Northwest Las Vegas. But the job wasn't done, Steve said, so he handled communications with the agent and sellers, handled the earnest money, called and accompanied the inspector, called pest control (just in case),went to the closing, and watched the property for us for almost two months until we arrived in Las Vegas in late December. When we arrived, he met us at the condo with our keys, installed a new front door lock, and took care of some caulking and electrical issues as well. I really don't know how we could have purchased the property and had the peace of mind that we did, had not Steve Sales, been our guardian angel of real estate. There are not enough superlatives to compliment his service and personal attention. Thank you, Steven Sales! Sincerely, Chet and Barbara read more

The thing that makes Steve stand out from other Realtors, business hours or not, he ALWAYS answers his phone. Steve goes beyond expectations to make sure everything goes smoothly and listens with concern, when it does not. Mr. Sales is BRILLIANT!! His knowledge of the neighborhoods and the conditions of the homes we searched and visited was astounding. He pointed out the aspects of each home that were pro's and con's. The upside and downside of each and every neighborhood we searched. I truly felt that he did an impeccable job as a realtor with his knowledge of the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson area. He is personable, professional, and would give him ten stars if I could. He went over and above the expectations I had for his job. If you are planning to buy in this area, there is only one person to call. As a professional person I appreciated the quality I found in Steve Sales ability. read more

steven sales has been my realtor for 5 years now and he has never disappointed as to the quality of the services he provides. my first dealing with mr. sales was a long distance house purchase. i was living in new jersey in 2011 and wanted to purchase a house in henderson, nv. mr. sales handled every aspect of the transaction in a thorough and professional manner. he handled the inspection and closing personally and when we moved to henderson in 2011 he made sure our house was clean and all of the appliances were correctly installed and functional. he even went so far as to keep watering the plants and shrubs for the 4 months that passed from the closing to our actually moving in. he also supervised the plumbers that did a complete re-piping of the house so that it would be done before we moved in. how many other realtors have you ever known would go so far for their client. since moving here in 2011 he has obtained four different rentals for my daughter and granddaughter and they are 100% satisfied. if you are in need of a real estate agent to help you buy or sell your property you would be hard pressed to find one as good as steve sales. read more
