When my boyfriend and I decided to move to Las Vegas, Nevada from Chicago, Illinois, Steve was the one I called to send me condo possibilities, which he emailed to me with regularity. When we arrived in Las Vegas in late March of 2018, he toured us through numerous properties until we found one that met our requirements. Unfortunately, that deal fell through but undeterred and undaunted, Steve continued to send options for us after we returned to Chicago, until October 2018 when one outstanding property came on the market. Unable to view the property ourselves, I enlisted two of my close friends to accompany Steve to survey the property. As a result of his efforts--which were considerable--we became the owners of a lovely three bedroom condo in Northwest Las Vegas. But the job wasn't done, Steve said, so he handled communications with the agent and sellers, handled the earnest money, called and accompanied the inspector, called pest control (just in case),went to the closing, and watched the property for us for almost two months until we arrived in Las Vegas in late December. When we arrived, he met us at the condo with our keys, installed a new front door lock, and took care of some caulking and electrical issues as well.
