Bryan also used rude and inappropriate language to tell me that he didn't need my business after being confronted on his professionalism. Based on what he told me, I don't recommend Bryan if you are looking to buy a $250k or less property because it might not be a good enough business for him to give you the time, attention, and professionalism that other agents would. In addition to that, you might want to save yourself some headache from dealing with an agent who uses his assistant as an excuse to not answer simple questions on lot availability even though iMessage shows that the text messages were read.
