I closed my case 2 YEARS AGO AND PAID EVERYTHING I OWED. The office told me multiple times that they apologize it's an error with their billing department and will no longer receive any more invoices for payment. I said ok! She hired this attorney and paid her a retainer to represent her, she neglected to disclose to my daughter that she was pregnant and was planning to take maternity leave in the middle of the case. The day of the hearing the first time my daughter met her in person, she was clearing showing and in a bad mood, she showed up in court extremely late. It was her assistant who informed my daughter that she was going to leave on maternity leave in the middle of the case and that another attorney would be taking case, instead she filed for a Motion to Withdraw and my daughter who was already struggling financially trying to provide for her and my two little granddaughters, was dropped by this cruel attorney without any regard or concern to my daughter's difficult situation, it was so heartbreaking to witness the injustice from this attorney who had the audacity to withdraw from the case with no logical reason to my daughter after she paid her $6,000, my daughter was forced to take out another loan to retain another attorney and pay another retainer. I consider this woman cruel, extremely unprofessional and unethical from her part.
