We went to Rollerrama right when they opened, and it was a lot of fun at first. The atmosphere was…read moreupbeat, and it was a great time for families, especially with kids who are just learning how to skate. Once the disco lights started and the pace picked up, the environment felt much less safe. Some skaters were going very fast and weaving around children who were clearly beginners. It became stressful rather than enjoyable, especially for younger or inexperienced skaters. It might be helpful to offer separate skate times, one for beginners and intermediate skaters and another for more proficient or advanced skaters- to make the experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it has a lot of potential and could be a fantastic family-friendly spot with a few adjustments to skating flow and safety.

What an amazing experience we had here. I took my daughter and 7 other friends to do an escape room…read moreand they were amazing with them. We had a reservation at 520 and we started a little late because she had was being pulled every which way by different rooms including rage room, ax room, and other escape rooms. She made sure to inform us on what she was doing and I was understanding that one person can only do so many jobs at once. Either way the experience was so great for the kids they were patient and helpful throughout the whole game and they ended up being able to finish and feel accomplished! Will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately I I didn't ask for the names of the lady and gent that helped me but I was here on 10/04 at 520 so whoever worked that shift thank you so much!!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience…read morefell a little short. We received mixed information about the room's difficulty the one who signed us up said it was one of the easiest, while another said it was one of the hardest when we were leaving. Since we were with younger children we wanted the easier room which did not happen. The room, lobby and overall appearance itself felt outdated compared to other escape rooms I've visited. The visuals could use a refresh, and some of the tools and mechanisms seemed like they need repair or replacement, which affected the experience. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the staff was kind, and I think this place has potential. With some updates, better maintenance, and more consistent guidance, I think it could be a much better experience.

If you care about professionalism, reliability, and your wedding running smoothly -- do NOT hire DJ…read moreDan-ce Entertainment. We hired him for our wedding on June 7, 2025, at Democrat Hot Springs, CA, and the experience was an absolute disaster. 1.5 Hours Late: He arrived an hour and a half late, throwing off our entire wedding schedule, delaying the ceremony, and causing unnecessary stress for us and our guests. Ignored Clear Instructions: Despite confirming in writing just days before the wedding what the first open dancing songs would be (i.e. "September," "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," other classics, etc.), he played completely inappropriate tracks not on ANY of my playlists to open our wedding dancing ("My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas, for example) instead of the carefully chosen songs meant to honor older guests. I then missed those moments completely. I also had to go up to the DJ booth in my wedding dress and request he play the Spotify playlist I made for him. Missed Promised Moments: He completely skipped the anniversary dance we had requested and expected. Tried to Leave Early: He attempted to pack up and leave an hour and a half before the contracted end time, even announcing it to guests -- causing confusion and embarrassment. This blatant disregard for our instructions, timeline, and the importance of our day showed zero professionalism or respect. I reached out to him after the wedding to give him the opportunity to make this right, but he completely ignored me, and I've never received an apology or any sort of acknowledgement for any of this. His actions ruined important parts of our wedding day, and I would strongly caution anyone against hiring him.

Wally came an hour and a half before the event began and set up the photo booth in our school gym. He had great interaction with our students and explained to them how the timer worked before each group took their photos. They provided the backdrop and props to wear or hold. The break down of the booth was quick after the event ended. The students loved taking pictures with their friends and receiving the photo strips. A Google Drive folder was shared with all of the original images to use in our school yearbook. Thank you for your efficient service and flexibility with our school needs. We will be working with Instapix again soon!
