Hi, my name is Bill. I have been going to this office for a year now. Great people working there…read more Dr. Paulina Pichardo, took care of me and in only 4 visits I had new crowns to replace the orginal 14 teeth. I am so pleased with the service and quiltiy of workmanship. The entire staff is wounderful to work with. Everyone treats you like they have known you all of your life. Just great great great. Thank you so much for the time you put into making my smile what it should have been years ago.

If I could give a no star or half star I would. By far, the most unprofessional dentist I have been…read moreto in my entire life. I needed two crowns. They took a complete set of x-rays. Made the molds, and after 6 weeks, I called to see what was taking so long for the crowns to be made. They said it is taking longer because of COVID. Then I called two weeks later & I was told, oh, we are sorry, they are here. So there's that. Then while working, the female "Dentist" was basically cackling like a 10 year old. Over the next few months, I kept feeling a discomfort in one of the two teeth they put a crown on. I had already decided that I was not going back to this place again. After it started to swell and became more painful, I went to a new dentist. They received the prior x-rays & took their own. In two seconds, he said "They put a crown on a tooth with an abscess in the root, it is clear as day on the x-ray they took". I now had to have oral surgery to remove the entire tooth, clean the root & needed a bone graft as the abscess had gone into the bone leading to my sinus. I will now have a 3-4 month recovery, and will need a $4 - $5,000 implant. So in summary, don't go to this place.
