But when they can't do that simple task you have to physically go into the bank each time to show them what they got wrong. Then, if you also open a saving account and try to deposit or withdrawal money from the atm, you can't do guess what? Another trip to the bank where they act like it's your fault you want access to your money. Lovely attitudes all around. Lastly, they will turn your card off despite money being in both accounts, but they won't tell you they did it. God forbid it's on a weekend as you're SOL until Monday bc...you guessed it!! They don't work on weekends and don't have a support system set up. Bank anywhere but here.

My family and I go in, wait about 25 minutes and are seen. The lady re-ran all the info, and said that the price had gone up $4, which was okay. We go in to sign the paperwork, and there are more than 6 mistakes-the name is wrong, the address, birth-date, and a few others. SHE gets pissed off and acts like its our fault THAT SHE HAD MISTYPED it. She takes about 30 mins trying to fix it, and then comes back with a quote that is $45 more. And she's rude as heck about the fact that SHE SCREWED UP. We ended up leaving and going somewhere where the KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will NEVER recommend this hateful, unknowledgeable insurance place to anyone. I WILL however, let anybody looking for insurance to know to go some place else.
