Luckily, I found Jessica Lear to manage my property. Needless to say, there were major renovations needed and she assisted me throughout the entire process. Once completed we found a very nice couple to rent the property for the past two years. This past week I sold the property with Jessica's help to those same tenants so I could do a 1031 into a multifamily property. If it were not for Jessica I would have lost close to 30 grand. Because of Jessica I turned a profit, we made the neighborhood better and provided a great home to a family in need. It doesn't get any better than that and my family and I owe it all to Jessica Lear. 5 stars isn't enough nor does this review truly encompass what she did over the past couple of years. I built a Wayne home last year after reading all the reviews, both good and bad. I am happy with my…read morehome, but extremely unhappy with the warranty process as they don't follow up or come through. I have been calling for MONTHS about a window that leaks water and is causing damage inside my home and they keep telling me how sorry they are to hear this and someone will be in touch in a couple of days. Guess what, another month has gone by and nothing. After blowing a gasket a few months ago and threatening to show up at the main office, the regional building manager called and showed up to go over everything and assured me he would be back in touch, that was in February and has not followed through and gotten back with me. My overhead garage door has fallen off the track twice this winter, once I had to have a company come out and reinstall it since they couldn't get someone out for a couple of days. The door leaks water and wind so bad, during the winter months it has actually frozen shut and I have been unable to get the door open for days. Regional building manager was supposed to get in touch with the company and get us an upgraded door but again, no response. For the amount of money I have spent on a "Custom Built home" and $40,000 in upgrades, nobody seems to care about their customers after the sale is done. my house is situated on 6.5 acres is ready to be developed into 5 additional build lots with two of these lots belonging to my daughters for their homes. I do like my Wayne home but definitely time to check out other builders.

They pressure washed and sealed with only one coat and from my experience that is far too little to have a lasting product(sealed concrete) that is half exposed to the elements. Over a 1000 dollars wasted after having to remove everything they did to get the finish I should have recieved the first time. Thanks for nothing. And I hope this reaches everyone looking to do a sealed concrete job. If you take anything from this they did come out 3 times to make it right and failed everytime. With the inflation recently my costs have skyrocketed. I enjoyed the fact that the Retofoam on youtube was very informative. It was actually a bit cheaper then I thought it would be. On the day we chose for the work, his wife and crew showed up on time and went straight to work. The crew was very pleasant and professional. The house actually felt cooler before they had completed the clean up. I'm a very happy camper. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs this done. Cant wait to see the new electric bill.
