I have been calling for MONTHS about a window that leaks water and is causing damage inside my home and they keep telling me how sorry they are to hear this and someone will be in touch in a couple of days. Guess what, another month has gone by and nothing. After blowing a gasket a few months ago and threatening to show up at the main office, the regional building manager called and showed up to go over everything and assured me he would be back in touch, that was in February and has not followed through and gotten back with me. My overhead garage door has fallen off the track twice this winter, once I had to have a company come out and reinstall it since they couldn't get someone out for a couple of days. The door leaks water and wind so bad, during the winter months it has actually frozen shut and I have been unable to get the door open for days. Regional building manager was supposed to get in touch with the company and get us an upgraded door but again, no response. For the amount of money I have spent on a "Custom Built home" and $40,000 in upgrades, nobody seems to care about their customers after the sale is done. my house is situated on 6.5 acres is ready to be developed into 5 additional build lots with two of these lots belonging to my daughters for their homes. I do like my Wayne home but definitely time to check out other builders.

The crew was knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were doing, which made a big difference given the scope of the work. One thing that stood out was that the owner, Chad Daniels, was accessible when needed and handled things professionally. It's not always the case that you can reach ownership directly, so that was appreciated. The job was completed as expected, and communication throughout was consistent. No complaints--we found ProTech to be a reliable company that did what they said they would do and did it very well. I highly recommend.

We had large cracks in the crawl space under our family room, and doors were not closing properly. As a matter of fact, this entire subdivision has been subjected to uneven settling. Some owners close their eyes, but we wanted to address the problem since we were not planning to mice Luckily, we had a contractor friend building in Columbus and Morrow County who highly recommended Chad and Protech. Chad offered several solutions. It did not come cheap, but when you are spending money, you want it done right. Fast forward several years. There was some water coming in the crawl space. Chad quickly saw the drainage pipe not taking the water from the roof into the street. He agreed that hubby could fix that. But we needed more of his special caulk to plug up new cracks. Out to Columbus, he came. Your service charge is applied as a credit to work done. I know nothing about basement work and am leery of those companies you see on late night television. But as previously mentioned, I have a contractor friend who builds houses. He has never steered me wrong. He highly recommends Chad Daniel's of Protech as the go-to person with basement problems.

This company did a horrible job sealing my front porch 3 seperate times and sadly I would never let…read morethem come out a 4th time. They pressure washed and sealed with only one coat and from my experience that is far too little to have a lasting product(sealed concrete) that is half exposed to the elements. Which the product they used on my home didnt last 1 year 3 seperate times... pay attention people to how they are installing their products because they dont do all nessecary steps to ensure a lasting product on your home. Over a 1000 dollars wasted after having to remove everything they did to get the finish I should have recieved the first time. Thanks for nothing. And I hope this reaches everyone looking to do a sealed concrete job. If you take anything from this they did come out 3 times to make it right and failed everytime. My home was 2 years old when their product was first applied.

The maintenance staff takes great care of the place and are quick to respond. The apartments are basically brand new, I am the first person to live in my unit. The apartment is great: nice appliances, good layout, great kitchen. Plenty of parking, excellent wifi, and a good 24/7 fitness center. Plus it is about from a huge state park (Alum Creek) that has a large lake and lots of hiking trails. Love it!!!!
