Mark made sure we were informed buyers by exposing us to the market and answering tons of questions along the way. Since we were relocating, I was driving from Indiana for the showings. Mark was always willing to fill our looking days with showings, which was very appreciated since I know most people don't see near as many houses. Given the very strong seller's market and low inventory, we had to submit a few offers before getting accepted. Mark always encouraged us to stay within our comfort zone when submitting offers.
