The venue and my parents tried calling over and over for the 1-2 hours before ceremony start and no answer. She proceeded to call during the reception (when, I assume, she knew we wouldn't answer) bawling in the voicemail, saying she took too many sleeping pills and had never missed a wedding before. Again, no excuse is ok for me not having the music for my ceremony and cocktail hour. NOT worth the risk--pay a couple hundred more for someone else. VERY unprofessional and inexcusable.
