Found you guys by looking up the affiliated gyms from the Jiu Jitsu for Life Team. The culture was great, with lots of quality instruction and I really appreciated all the higher belts taking time to explain small details and it seems like they genuinely care for your development (especially as a first time visiting practitioner). I loved the hour of rolling and open training to just get lots of rounds afterwards. We worked on sequencing arm bar from closed guard today as well as defending the position from the stack counter. Definitely a really great detail to pick up and to try to incorporate in my own game and development. Hope to visit more often!

My son went to this after school program for 4 years. He loved it! They have great male role…read moremodels that most day care environments don't have. My son is not that into sports so I was worried, however he loved the programing at Warriors. They never let anyone feel left out and were always encouraging team work, friendship and fair play. My son made friends at this program that although not from the same school, he has continued to keep in touch with. The school pick up is an added bonus for working parents. I would highly recommend this program for any child.

At 7pm on a weeknight, it's a train wreck exiting or entering the facility because of all the people funnelling through one door and the pileup of shoes/boots there and insufficient room to put them on. Additionally, there isn't adequate seating in the viewing areas. For our class, there is probably 12 seats, which is coincidentally close to the amount of students in the class. But often entire families come to watch, with 2 or more additional kids just to watch, so the seats fill up fast. Standing on cold tile in sock feet for an hour isn't something to look forward to 2 times per week. As I said, my kid really enjoys it....but not sure we'll be renewing when the 6 month period is up. It's a shame really. My suggestions are: stagger class start and stop times to alleviate the entrance logjam, limit class sizes to 8 or so, so the seating is adequate, or get a better designed facility.
