The location is perfectly situated because it's close to the tube stops and you can take the Uber Boat anywhere in minutes. My flat came with a washer/dryer combo (which took some getting used to) and the full kitchen setup was nice. There was plenty of closet space, storage space, and the beautiful balcony views were my fav. Housekeeping came by once a week and they were just okay. I still felt the need to have my own cleaning supplies for when things were missed but they were always friendly and respectful. I felt very safe living here, walking around the area and the one time I noticed a domestic disturbance in front of the hotel, the staff checked it out immediately. I'd highly recommend staying here whether on the hotel side or corporate housing side.

This hotel is approximately 15 minutes away from Heathrow international airport. The check in was very personable. Easy and quick. Once we arrived in our room, we were very pleased to see how clean the space is and it is very chic! It reminds me of a cute bachelor pad! The aparthotel space was enough for three people. It came with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a pull out bed and a small kitchen area that is fully equipped with utensils and refrigerator. If we wanted to, we could have cooked. This hotel has a nearby walkable grocery market which was convenient. Also, I recommend eating at the Indian restaurant within the hotel, it is called Takaa Tak. We had an amazing dinner. Worth to check out. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

I stayed here with a friend on the last week of May 2019. ROOM: Pretty compact. The photos make it look bigger, but it's fine for two people. However on our first night we found half a pizza in the fridge. Towels had stains on them and there were blonde hair strands on the bathroom floor and shower walls. The glasses had hard water residue at the bottoms and some knives hadn't been washed. INSPECT YOUR ROOM BEFORE UNPACKING. We had just arrived from a 11hr flight and were too tired to repack. We were reimbursed however. SERVICE: I have to give them credit for their customer service. They always took care of us in person and over the phone if we needed anything. Also you can check in early if you book direct at no charge. The hotel itself has a youthful vibe and fun details. I'd given it 3 stars because they could really improve on cleanliness. But convenience of location and good service was definitely worth another.

They laid out a thorough plan to market and sell our property which resulted in 2 offers. They then dealt with the progress of our sale in a friendly and efficient way. Our only regret was that we couln't take them with us to purchase our new property. Mr Thompson I dealt with several agents in my search for a property and found Sebastian Roche to be the friendliest and most helpful. Richard Cox During my search I viewed properties with numerous agents, many of whom I found to be rude and unhelpful. The people I dealt with at Sebastian Roche were different. They allowed me time to view properties thoroughly, were informative and friendly. Mr Bateman We recently sold our home through Sebastian Roche. Their valuation was spot on and their level of service was exemplary. Mr and Mrs Tooley I have been very satisfied with the management service you provide. I have remained with you since I bought my flat back in 2001. I have found your organisation efficient, reliable, trustworthy, helpful and polite all important attributes as far as I'm concerned. Julia We did try and buy a place through you guys but alas found one with another agent in the end. However when we come to sell we will you use. I still spread the word locally that Sebastian Roche are the most trustworthy estate agents . Sue Day Your service was brilliant!. We had been on the market for 6 months with a very large agent without any sort of offer and price drops of £80,000. You priced the house realistically and within 4 days of it being on your books we had 10 viewings which resulted in 2 offers. I completed on my move to the country 8 weeks later. We felt in safe hands throughout the process. Mr Parker I had my property on the market with another agent for 6 months but without success. So I decided to switch to Sebastian Roche, partly because of my previous dealings with them when I was looking for a property to buy. Not only did they secure a buyer for me quickly at a fantastic price but they were always helpful and considerate. I can't speak highly enough of them. Pam Walton Your staff were excellent, always helpful and knowledgable. Every time we contacted them, they got back to us quickly with answers. They ensured that our purchase proceeded smoothly and without too many hiccups!. I hope it will be many years before we sell our new home but we will certainly be using Sebastian Roche Mr and Mrs Coetzee I have dealt with quite a few agents over the years whilst selling and buying properties but, generally speaking, I've always been disappointed by the level of service provided. You, however, are different. I was really impressed by how well you managed the sale of my house, giving me useful advice, being very proactive and keeping me updated throughout the process. The only contact I had with Globe Apartments was the day I picked up the keys, which went very smoothly. In and out. Though no one really told me where to go (and after flying overnight and taking the tube for an hour, a bit of direction would've been very welcome)...but I found my way. Of course the day I arrived the lift was out of order, but by a stroke of divine intervention one of the building supers graciously hefted my heavier bag up to the floor where it did work and then got me where I needed to go! Bless him, all the staff I encountered were very friendly. So, this review is for the units at 49a Chiltern Street, as it were. The building has a lift (quite helpful as I was on the 4th floor!) and my arrangement came with weekly maid service, which was delightful. It wasn't terribly heavy duty, but nice to have the sheets changed and new towels...without having to worry where I'd find those items/do laundry, etc. There was also a washing machine and drying rack, and basically all of the creature comforts to make for a good temp stay. I even showed up to a bag of snacks awaiting me! Milk, OJ, cookies...a sort of strange mix, but hey...they were trying. A small fridge and kitchen was sufficient, and coffee and tea was available as well. However, Nnearby Nordic Bakery became my go-to for coffee and sustenance, but obviously this is very well located to Baker Street, shopping, dining, etc. Internet was great, lots of good TV, hairdryer, somewhat comfortable bed (comforter was super lumpy and mattress super springy!), clean, well appointed. What it lacked in size it made up for in cleanliness. Only complaint? The fire alarms go off all the time and the phone randomly rings at all hours. Not great when you are trying to work from home. All in all, a great temp place to stay and Globe Apartments seems like a legit operation. Would deal with them again.

Personally, I say 'It's Christie's, if you are going to bid thousands for a painting, dress for the occasion." Last year the sales for auctions totalled £3.1 BILLION, which sets the record for art auctions. Even with a recession looming the auction was full and Christie's is going strong.
