Used to go here once in a while and while the end result is usually very good the service itself can be appalling. The main reason is the lack of effort to communicate with you, ofcourse there is a language barrier there considering all staff (i havent been there so recently so i cant comment on it specifically at this time) are Turkish, however when your having your dyed or cut and there's about 5 people all speaking and shouting around you in a different language you'll really start to appreciate just a little more of customer service. In addition, you really cant help but feel all their attention is diverted on their regulars/turkish clients. Its not unusual to go in for a whole head tint and being there for 1.5 to two hours, when comparing it to my current hairdressers its about 1 hour 15 mins at the most.
Oh and also, they charge different prices for their Turkish customers and non-turkish customers or if your new. My friend was paying £20 for a cut and i was paying £30 for the same hairdresser (Irfan) and cut. P.s They don't do price lists.
However, the results as i said is usually good for colour- especially if like me your a woman of colour. They know what works and what doesnt.
I just hope they read this as when i recommended another friend for a colour job, she left in tears when she tried to leave feedback in regards to their slow process. She was apparently laughed at and he had a go at her in front of customers.
So go if you've got a lot of time on your hands, Turkish or if you do not care about service but just want a decent end result. Otherwise avoid. read more
