I annoyed them by simply asking for a place to put my phone and keys before getting my hair cut. I called ahead of time to make an appointment, and they wait until I'm in the chair and set up to tell me that it is cash only. When I asked about their ATM fees they made it seem like I was the problem, making a big deal out of a fee. Never ever going back there again, it's no wonder they're the lowest price and lowest rated barber this side of town besides Supercuts. At least Supercuts takes card and isn't living in the 1900s.

I'm very particular about the level of experience a barber has and I always review their portfolio before proceeding on. I saw some of the reviews on here and was unsure of what some of the disappointment was. When I first came in the shop, everyone greeted me and made me feel welcomed. All of the barbers and the hairdresser are bi-lingual. They speak excellent English and Spanish for those who are wondering. The barber who cut my hair was Guillermo, who was extremely professional and courteous. He has done an amazing job on my hair and I would recommend anyone to check this shop out. ALL of the barbers do an excellent job, I saw a lady getting her hair braided and 2 other gentlemen getting their haircuts and the outcome was exceptional. I look forward to visiting this place again when I need another cut. Usually, when you're a new customer at most barbershops you don't get the same treatment as a regular. However, that was not the case here for me. I can't wait to come back next week and get cut again before I leave. Thank you Mr. Guillermo for a job well done!

Immediately upon sitting down, the barber noted all of the same problems I found with my recent cut and explained exactly what he'd like to do fix it. After such a bad cut, I figured it couldn't hurt and placed all my faith in this new barber and boy did he not disappoint! In fact, he exceeded all of my expectations. Best cut of my entire life and I've been a regular ever since for the past five or six months, going about every three weeks. The inside of the shop is very well taken care of, clean, and cool. All the barbers take pride in the quality work they do, and I'd honestly trust any of them with my hair. Wether you want to have some conversations while you get your hair cut, or if you'd prefer a more quiet cut, they can accommodate you just fine. My regular barber always asks me about how my life is going, and even remembers the small details I mentioned from previous visits, something my last barber never did, which really adds a personal touch and shows a sense of care. Their prices are extremely fair for the high quality cut you'll be getting. I whole heartedly recommend this barbershop as either your first stop if you're new to the city, or wether you're seeking help after a bad cut by someone else!
