The owner and chef, Adolfo, makes the experience so much awesome. I've eaten at Michelin rate restaurants in Paris and other parts of the world and this place it right up there too. Do try the steak tartare! Try all the specials! I have the duck confit (special) and it was cooked to 3 hrs of perfection. The wine selection is small but I hate going through pages of the wine list at most places anyway. I had a nice Chilean Cab and yeah I know some of the wine snobs may be shocked I didn't go with a white for my duck but I really don't care. Food was great, the small ambiance was delightful,service is top notch and Adolfo definitely has a passion for his food. Do yourself a favor and experience this gem when you're in town. Food is on point, the dishes are exactly what I thought I'd would taste, it is a good and a bad thing, in one hand it was what I thought it was, in the other hand it did not surprised me at all. 3. The menu change during the week for more reasonably priced dishes. At the end I can consider it to be a good restaurant taste food bit pricey.
