Only problem was, I wasn't sure if I could make it happen since she lives in Texas and my wedding was in Arizona. Lucky for me, she travels! Y'all, I TRIED finding another hair and MUA locally that I liked just in case I couldn't get her, but nobody came close. Before the big day, she coached me on what to do so I'd look my best. I never had a trial, but I went in with full faith and gave her free rein to do whatever she thought was best. I even joked that she could say "Okay Izzy, we're going to shave your head and wax off your eyebrows!" and I would have gone with it. My trust in her was that absolute. Of course, she would never do that though, lol. I'm often nervous about people doing my hair and makeup, because my skin and hair can be challenging. I have textured, combination, acne-prone skin and fine, frizzy, unruly hair. Sheila was unfazed by these obstacles, and, boy did she deliver! My hair and makeup could not have been better! I felt so beautiful, and the makeup withstood me crying through the entire day. My husband cried when he saw me and immediately complemented me on how stunning I looked, and then said "Sheila did an AMAZING job!" Everyone said I looked like a princess, and I'm so over the moon every time photos come in. My hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the event! I had two bridesmaids that chose to have Sheila do their hair, and their hair looked STUNNING! After my MOH witnessed what Sheila did for me, she asked if Sheila could do her makeup last minute, and she was able to whip out a gorgeous look on her so fast! Sheila was an absolute blast to hang out with while we got ready. Her positive energy was a joy to be around and put us all at ease while she worked on us. She is worth every penny and more!

She also draws the best eyebrows. My eyebrows weren't threaded once, you wouldn't noticed because she's that good! All her makeup products are the best quality. Brushes are always clean. She's very organized. Feels great knowing that she cleans her brushes. You would be surprised how many don't do this. Also, her personality is great. She's nice and most importantly, honest. Her prices are fair. She has several options and different price points since not everyone like myself likes 5lbs of makeup. She can do anything you like from natural to extravagant. She is a very laid back and easy to talk to person, which makes the whole experience even more wonderful. My favorite part of her application was the slight bit of metallic purple eyeliner she used on my lower lash line... it photographed perfectly and I am still receiving compliments on my photos! She was so nice when I told her what I wanted and I loved my new set and it was half the price of what I was originally. AND she worked over my former stylist's work. She had me at .17 width/weight 3D and moved me down a size when she saw how my lashes were turning and twisting basically causing my lashes to fall out. I love my new weight/width. They're a lot nicer and sit on my lashes really nice. She was so nice about it. And even took off the other set of lashes before putting on this new weight. They will brag about being on TV and promise "free customizations""one of a kind" and to name the dress after you and to make your dream dress come to life, but my experience was the complete opposite. I only had two requests for my dress, and they ignored both of them. The moment you sign the contract, don't expect them to care about your concerns. I felt completely dismissed and left with a dress that wasn't what I asked for at all. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a bride will make, and this shop turned what should have been a special experience into a stressful and distasteful one. I would never recommend this place to another bride. Please do not be fooled by the kindness they show at the beginning. They only care about the payment and could careless about making the dress exactly how you requested. Please take those 1 star reviews they already have seriously, what a waste of money, they have truly ruined one of the happiest parts of my wedding journey. I fully expect a generic "we're sorry" response to this review, but that apology was nowhere to be found when I picked up my dress. No accountability, and no concern for how upset I was. Run away!
