They will brag about being on TV and promise "free customizations""one of a kind" and to name the dress after you and to make your dream dress come to life, but my experience was the complete opposite. I only had two requests for my dress, and they ignored both of them. The moment you sign the contract, don't expect them to care about your concerns. I felt completely dismissed and left with a dress that wasn't what I asked for at all. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a bride will make, and this shop turned what should have been a special experience into a stressful and distasteful one. I would never recommend this place to another bride. Please do not be fooled by the kindness they show at the beginning. They only care about the payment and could careless about making the dress exactly how you requested. Please take those 1 star reviews they already have seriously, what a waste of money, they have truly ruined one of the happiest parts of my wedding journey. I fully expect a generic "we're sorry" response to this review, but that apology was nowhere to be found when I picked up my dress. No accountability, and no concern for how upset I was. Run away!
