However, I noticed that she was literally following me around the store. Whether I was in the back or the front, she was right behind me in my shadow. This did make me feel some type of way, of course. Did she think I was going to steal? I ended up putting all of my items back. I did not feel welcomed and I felt pretty uncomfortable.

When it came time to buy the wedding band a few months later, I tried this place again and was pleasantly surprised that Denise remembered me by name... Also found a band that my fiancee, again, loved! And a much lower price than any of the big name stores. Also, one of the prongs from her engagement ring got bent and the bigger stores were charging almost $200 and the ring would have to be shipped with a two week wait period.
