Since the cleaners contact you directly, it is easy for them to commit to clean your house and then have some sort of reason last minute why they are unable to come. This has happened to me at least three times now with two different cleaners from their company (always at the most inconvenient times it seemed), and I have decided no longer to use their services for that reason.
