Ms. Harper emails me around 9am this morning letting me know that the documents would be ready and to me for signature before noon. That did not happen... 5:20pm roles around and still no documents and more importantly no communication as to why, so I inquire yet again. Ms. Harper offers apology and a multitude of excuses in response. A short while after the documents are sent to me along with explanation of additional information needed. I had some inquiries of what would be required and asked why it was my responsibility as the home owner. Apparently I misunderstood the intent of Ms. Harper's communication and designation of what was my responsibility. I am not suggesting you get the HOA document provided by the HOA. I am suggesting you fill out the SELLERS PROPERTY DISCLOSURES. And in fact, I'm suggesting you find another realtor. I am not going to deal with your attitude. Best, Ms. Harper" Shocking to say the least...
