I explained I had a horrible headache and was confused. She used an unprofessional tone and even stated how she was "just trying to get through her day." I felt that she was guilt tripping me for her problems and not focused one bit on my medical concerns. I was so upset from her terrible treatment that I began crying and kept telling her I was confused. She then stormed out of the room claiming she was couldn't examine me because I was agitated. WTF!? She already told me she wasn't going to examine me because they were a "bandaid clinic" and all she could do was refer me to someone else. I later read the notes from the visit where she made a lot of accusatory statements with zero accountability for her horrific treatment. She put in a lot of detail about me allegedly sending a text while she was in the room and the fact I put on my sunglasses. Yes, I put on my prescription sunglasses because I can only see clearly as far as my fingertips without prescription eyewear. I'm sorry that my having prescription sunglasses most readily available to put on my face so I could see hers. It didn't occur to me to dig through my purse for clear prescription glasses as not to offend her. If you want to see a cruel, and judgmental healthcare provider I wholeheartedly recommend Pamela Byrd P.A.

So when it comes to calling in the mornings to find out if he is in, it may be better to swing by and see if he is in rather than calling and leaving a message and then waiting for him to return the call. Most of my experiences have been good here, but I have had to ask for electric stim, rather than it being offered, and then there is no progression of appointments for overall alignment. He is the only practitioner at the facility, is local and takes most insurance coverage. His hours are convenient except Fridays are by appointment only.
