Greg was extremely helpful during the design process, great communication. He nailed my vision to the T! Again they did a great job!…read more I always rely on Mr Paul and his fantastic team when I purchase artworks at New Orleans Auction House. Mr Paul is very precise, correct and professional. They picked up at Auction House, packed (in double boxes) and shipped (with DHL) my very fragile art ceramic (Edition Picasso): the ceramic dish arrived to Italy promptly, packed perfectly and all for a reasonable fee. For me they are a guarantee and when my works of art are in their hands I feel calm and reassured. I always highly recommend them. Nicola Pontalti - Italy

Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately…read morethought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

In every other city I've ever lived in, the best pro photo processing/printing places are generally…read morein less leafy and charming districts than this one. As in old commercial/light industrial areas with plenty of room for all of the equipment and junk. Usually there is a not very photogenic lobby about the size of my bathroom. But they do beautiful printing at reasonable prices. The Darkroom does nice printing, but prices--not so much. Maybe their so-very-charming location at the Magazine triangle is to blame? Or maybe competence is really that much of a commodity in the Big Easy? I don't know. I should give the caveat that I am exclusively a member of the vulgar digital horde, so the whole "Darkroom" aspect isn't really my focus. But still, this place is a rip-off. If I had an unlimited budget and needed something printed quickly, specifically in New Orleans, I guess I would do it here. Otherwise, I would print elsewhere and save the money for ever more photo gear.
