I drove over an hour in rush hour traffic to interview with her and she disqualified me for the position before the interview started due to her opinion of how much I can lift. She should of screened me first over the phone, then if I passed the screening process, invite me to an interview. I am not upset about not getting the job but I am very upset about wasting my time and gas. So if you are a caregiver applying for a job through this referral agency, make sure you ask questions over the phone before you make the trip up to Portland.
