They come around the counter to hand you your change and your chocolates and you're given a complimentary chocolate upon entering the store. Yummy! The chocolate fountain in the shop window also helps to draw people in. They have a small seating area wher eyou can sit and have some hot chocolate. Very nice.

We saw chocolates from here all around town, including the standard ICA supermarket, but the prices were best here at their storefront (which is not always the case with artisanal foods). We'll come back to try the gelato -- those flavors, too, look superb.

Their customer appreciation system is very convenient in that they keep your card behind the register and all you have to do is remember to mention it when you shop and you get your bonus points. No need to remember to bring the membership card with you every time.
