I would have enjoyed Whitmans or Russell Stover better than the stale tasteless cheap chocolate they scammed my man into buying. They have a wonderful selection of fun and unique finds, and you can tell that thought and care goes into what they offer their customers. As a mom of two, I'm constantly shopping throughout the year--for my kids, birthdays, holidays, classroom parties, gifts, and community events--so finding a business that I enjoy shopping with and feel comfortable returning to is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the personal feel you get from shopping small. It's easy to forget how much work goes on behind the scenes, and I love supporting businesses where that effort shows. Olive It has definitely made a great impression on me, and I'm looking forward to shopping with them again. Absolutely worth checking out!

There is inevitably someone tidying up the shelves, another refolding shirts and someone else greeting new customers as they walk in. I recently picked up a sweet wooden triangle decoration (literally, it's just a big wooden triangle). I didn't have anything in mind but knew that I would find a use for it... and that I did. I actually hung up in my bathroom and am using it to display a candle. With one single nail, it's rather sturdy and for $5, adds a simple yet chic touch to the space. You can always find the most random cute things here. Good luck getting back to your car with just one thing. And for that reason, I love Five Below.
