I wanted full bangs, cut from closer to the crown, that came just to my brows (as in the 2 photos). The first appt., I came home with super straight, flat cut, bangs, and the sides were wavy, so basically, i had a mullet. The bang length was OK, but they needed some "dusting" or whatever the current name is, from underneath to give them some lift. I called and came in 2 days l8r for a 2nd try. I'm pretty sure I made myself clear that they just needed a little lift. So, I came in, got settled, heard "snip, snip", looked down and said "that's a LOT of hair". I said it was OK and left. The scarring on my forehead shows so badly from the precancer treatment I'd just had, that I avoided going out the next week. (The photo above, remember, is with 3 wks growth.) I am not sure what happened here but, I gave it MY best shot. I even brought dark chocolate. Oh, well, the #StylistSearch continues.

The first time I went, Shannon said weather it takes 1 visit for you to be happy or 4 we are in this together and I will not charge you anymore money. No one has ever been able to draw on my brows as well as me so when I say I found the best brow artist in Michigan I mean it bcuz I wouldn't let just anyone do this to my face. The technique I had done isn't microblading but, similar in the sense that its semi-permanent, it's called #OmbrePowderBrows. It will darken over time & in 6 weeks I will go for a touch up. It didn't hurt too bad & it lasts for 1-3 years. I HIGHLY recommend LoAnn, she has a GIFT!!! She can just look at your face & know exactly how your brows are meant to look. She takes her time mapping out your brows & makes sure you are happy with them before moving forward. She is extremely professional & a perfectionist.
