So I did and they fitted me in and after just one adjustment, I was moving like a spring chicken again. I've been back again to make sure everything was in good order before setting off on my travels BUT the most important thing I've learned is, how great it is to have a chiropractor in every corner of the world to look after me. I also didn't receive any clear follow-up advice or stretches that could help me at home. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend based on how things went for me.
