I have been a customer here for some years and every time I go I seem to come away telling myself it will get better! The reception staff seem to look down their noses at everyone. Most jobs appear too big for them and the usual roll of eyes and groans come out. I have been ignored on several occasions, I can understand they are busy but at least eye contact and an acknowledgement of your presence would be nice! The dental nurses are nice but I am now on dentist number three there as the first one left, the second was so appalling I complained about her and now the third I would even go as far as saying he was quite aggressive! Don't for heavens sake question what he is doing in your mouth and then charging you for. I almost started to back out the door he was quite frightening! The waiting areas are much to be desired, not that you expect a hotel but its ten year old paint on the wall and chairs falling apart could be improved. Dont even look at the laminate floor, I was dubious about even putting my bag down it was so filthy. Please do not go here if you expect any kind of service, Im leaving halfway through treatment I cant bear to go back to this miserable excuse of a dentist! read more

After reading the reviews, I was quite apprehensive about coming to this practice, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. I went with my two children, one of which had to have an injection for the first time so like myself was very nervous. The dentist and her assistant were extremely competent and very reassuring, talking to my children the whole time about what was happening and what they were doing. Afterwards my daughter was sick, through the injection. We were not rushed through but instead she was sat down and given cups of water and they made sure she was ok before letting us go. I would highly recommend this practice with the treatment myself and my children were given. read more

I am afraid I have not found Chopra dental practice to be at all friendly or professional. As mentioned in another review I also feel that the place itself is extremely grotty and in a state of disrepair. I have found the receptionists downright insulting quite frankly and would have stopped using them entirely if not for the fact that it is the only nhs dental practice in sittingbourne. (Maybe this is why they act like they do because they know people depend on them and cannot afford the choice of another nhs dental pratice that is actually polite and helpful. read more
